Of all the car shopping experiences I have had, this was by far the best. John Grillo is a phenomenal person and General Manager. I find the service department to be very good for my 2006 Prius. (Though I've needed nothing more than routine maintenance) The work is done in quickly and in the time promised, for a fair price. I found Steve and Abe in the sales department to be knowledgeable and together they worked very hard to get me the car and the price I needed. The car was delivered on time and was exactly what I was looking for... even though I had requested some "out of the ordinary" options such as a premium sound package, special wheels and a towing package Low Pressure Sales. Great to deal with. Service Department goes out of their way to please. They were thorough and professional. Judy Hansen is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I just purchased a brand new Toyota Matrix. I am in love with it. I went to the dealership with my parents and had the best experience. My sales person Vinny made us all feel like family. He showed me all of my options and was very patient and let me select the best one for me on my own. I looked around for other finance options before hand and he still gave me a better rate then all of them. My mom is also buying a car with DCH Freehold Toyota and she will be doing it with Vinny and Dennis. All of my referrals are going to the two of them. I know they will treat them the same way.
