I just purchased a brand new Toyota Matrix. I am in love with it. I went to the dealership with my parents and had the best experience. My sales person Vinny made us all feel like family. He showed me all of my options and was very patient and let me select the best one for me on my own. I looked around for other finance options before hand and he still gave me a better rate then all of them. My mom is also buying a car with DCH Freehold Toyota and she will be doing it with Vinny and Dennis. All of my referrals are going to the two of them. I know they will treat them the same way. The sales staff is very warm and friendly, and they have superb product knowledge. They are willing to answer any questions I have about the vehicles that I am looking at. Also, they are enthusiastic about what they do. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by many sales personnel, who were kind and smiling. The sales people that I dealt with went out of their way to help me. They also followed-up (via telephone and email) after my visit to the dealership to assist me further with the decision of selecting a vehicle. All the managers are very kind, and they facilitated the process of purchasing my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I chose the proper vehicle. Orignally, I was going to purchase one car, but they advised me not to, as it was not as practical for my needs. I am glad they told me not to buy the other car because I would have regret it and need to pay more for gas. Other Toyota dealerships do not come even close to the quality of service and personnel that Freehold Toyota has. I went to another dealership, as I am sure most other people do, and I was very unhappy. The people were unfriendly and cold. They did not even pull-up the correct vehicle that I was interested in to the front of the dealership. Again, Freehold Toyota cannot be compared to other Toyota dealerships in terms of quality, atmosphere, and service. Overall, I would give Freehold Toyota an A+!! They made me feel welcome, respected, and comfortable. I hope to purchase more vehicles from them in the future, and I will recommend them to all my friends, relatives, and other people who are looking to buy a Toyota or Scion. I visited DCH Freehold Toyota service department for a routine service maintenance. It was very busy that day, and as I drove up the drive, I was greeted by a young lady with a smile. I told her I was i routine service maintenance. It was very busy that day, and as I drove up the drive, I was greeted by a young lady with a smile. I told her I was in a hurry as I have to get to an appointment; she reassured me that she would do the best she could, and asked if I wanted a cup of coffee while I wait. As I was waiting, Mark Lefkus, the service manager, approached me, apparently knowing my situation, told me that he would put a technician to work on my car right away. He said it would take about an hour. To my surprise, and before I could finish my coffee, he came back in less than 40 minutes with my car. He handed me the key and explained what was done to the car and apologized again for having me wait. The people at Freehold Toyota are always courteous, professional, and friedly; they always make you feel important and that they value your business. This was not the first time I went to the dealership for service; but each time, the service has been excellent and the price reasonable. That's the reason I kept buying my cars from Freehold Toyota!
