This was my first time shopping for a car by myself and I could not have asked for a better experience. All the stereotypes of pushy car salesmen are proven wrong at Freehold Toyota. From the minute I walked in I was put at ease and told to take my time. Vinny V showed me some cars and worked out some numbers on the one I liked; the price was even better than I had expected. I left that day and checked out some other dealerships. Toyota offered the best price, had the friendliest staff, and never once came across as pushy. I came back 2 days later for a test drive and and met Brian, another sales rep. He accomodated the needs of my cosigner (she had to leave for work) and took care of that work first. After she had left all the numbers from my first visit held true. When I moved onto finance I met Paul. Paul objectively offered some different options and packages because it is his job to do so; he was laid back and easy going and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. His suggestions were well thought out and he related them to reasonable everyday scenarios. After all the paperwork was done and I was waiting for the car to be pulled around the staff continued to be friendly. They offered coffee, water, and just good conversation. It was a wonderful car buying experience. More

I found her to be very helpful and willing to accept my opting for a less expensive model rather than push the next level. From the moment I entered the dealership, to the time I left with my 2 new cars, and afterwards, when following up, I am unable to find ANYTHING that wasn't handled almost perfectly. Both Gunther and Steve were very friendly, tried very hard to please me and treat me fairly. My cars were purchased a week apart, and this was true in both instances. They were knowledgable of the product, gave me a very good and fair price both times with very little negotiation or haggling. It was evident that their goal was to provide me with excellent service, and good pricing. In fact, on one car, the morning after the deal was completed, they called me to tell me they found a $500 rebate that they didn't notice the night before, and it would reduce my payments on that car. This was the second and third cars I've gotten from them, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I also would highly recommend them to my friends. More
