Listen, we all know car sales people are stereotyped, and the butt of many a joke. Well if you want to change your perception of this, do yourself a favor and visit DCH in Freehold. Not only was I a first time customer seeking a highly sought after, not yet released vehicle, my initial communication was a simple website form. Within minutes I was responded to via email by Michelle Weber-Ryan, a call followed minutes later stating that although the FRS was not to be released for weeks, she would keep me posted........and boy did she. Every few days tidbits of the latest news was emailed to me, sometimes pics, and sometimes just to say hi. Michelle later introduced me to Ron Agosto, who instantly became a champion to me and my quest to secure an FRS. Ron told me how difficult it may be to secure one quickly, but offered a clear stratedgy to do so. Well, long story short, I drove away today with DCH's very first FRS sale. I could go on and on, but this should sum it up......when I came to pick up the car today, Ron and Michelle had rememebered (simply. From my ID when we first met) that my birthday was this week......and when I saw my FRS prepped and waiting for me.....it was adorned with a big "happy birthday Dan" sign in the windshield. Gunther and Steve had been very pleasant to work with. Our purchase of a 2012 Sienna was straight-forward. On the first night (at 8pm) we were there, we managed to agree on the price of the new vehicle, Our purchase of a 2012 Sienna was straight-forward. On the first night (at 8pm) we were there, we managed to agree on the price of the new vehicle, which I think was very good as per Consumer-Reports pricing. The second day was spent haggling for the trade-in price of our old van...all done over the phone because I was busy at work. On Memorial day weekend, we brought the entire family to pick the van color, and were treated to a good lunch of hotdogs and burgers! All we had to do coming back from a short 3-day vacation was switch our old van with the new. Dealing with Justin of Finance was also quick. I definitely recommend this dealership especially for local buyers. If you do your research/homework, and are decisive with your purchase options, then you can expect a very good buying experience from Gunther, Steve and DCH Freehold Toyota. Thank you. More

We first visited to get information about new lease options, specifically for the Rav4 and the Prius. We were met with a friendly and helpful salesperson named Jeff Herman. We really appreciated the options, specifically for the Rav4 and the Prius. We were met with a friendly and helpful salesperson named Jeff Herman. We really appreciated the "no pressure" attitude. A few days later, we received a follow up call and Jeff was very willing to work with us in order to make the sale work and it did. We came in that same day to lease a Rav4. Not only was Jeff there to make the process smooth and seamless, but Paul Solomon, who was in charge of the financing, was also extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. We were out of the dealership with a brand new 2012 Rav4 within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this dealership for your Toyota needs. More
