He patiently discussed all vehicles, benefits and leasing & buying options avaiable. We test drove 3 vehicles. We are sure without a doubt we got the best vehicle at the best price possible. We leased a gorgeous Camry SE for my daughter. My wife loved it so much she decided to get one too! He also helped my son get into the super sporty Scion Tc. When Robert was busy at first Dmitri Sokolov made sure we weren't waiting too long so he graciously helped explaining cars to us knowing it wasn't his sale but more than willing to help his colleague Robert, which reflects the attitude toward the customer of the dealership and the dealerships manager who also made sure we got a personal touch by spaeaking with us. Then there is Pete Magrino in the Finance office. If you ever purchased from a dealer this the dreaded office- final paperwork and extras,usually hard sell. Not here. Pete was so relaxed and explained extra insurances and options without ever pressuring or asking to reconsider any decision. He let us make intelligent decisions based on what we needed and could afford - it was truly our choice.
