This is Bharat Shaaaaaaaaaah~ This was my very first time buying a new car for myself. Ever since I started driving when I was 18, I've only driven hand-me-down 1999 or older cars This was my very first time buying a new car for myself. Ever since I started driving when I was 18, I've only driven hand-me-down 1999 or older cars so this was a very exciting experience. My employer recommended me DCH Freehold Toyota because he had bought his Prius from a salesman from there - Bharat Shah! My employer and I called Bharat several times before going to the dealership and every time, he would pick up the phone and say, "This is Bharat Shaaaaaaah" and we loved it! When we heard the exact model I was looking for was not available, Bharat offered a better model for a decent price. I checked TrueCar and found out that deal I got for my 2017 Camry SE with a sunroof was in the EXCEPTIONAL price range which only 18/367 people in the local area were able to purchase. The only negative part of my experience was feeling rushed since the DCH Freehold family were supposed to be going to a holiday party that night. Bharat or Mike had messed up my address on all my papers so I had to go fix that but this is minuscule compared to the overall experience of signing for my first new car. Will definitely come back for future purchases and services. Thank you Bharat! More
