Rude, rude, and rude manager along with Ann Kaplan. They've underestimated us as we are only buying cash and on a budget. We went there last minute because we came from work. We are trying to ask for a better deal with our budget but the arrogant manager never gave us a chance and just told us we would never go away with the offer we had at first. We also asked if we could remove the other changes including nitro and other fees and he just asked in response “So, are we done the deal if we remove that?” When we explained and asked if you could give us the best deal for our budget, he took the paper, stood up, and said you are not getting that and was almost acting like he was throwing us out of the building. Ann Kaplan was so rude to my husband while they were doing the test drive. What a very disgraceful experience. They might want to go home but my son has been asking them if they are sure it's okay coz we could just come back. Realizing they won't make much commission from us, that's how we got treated. We understand they are closing but they could've told us they could no longer attend to us and we could come back instead of treating us so rudely. We ended up getting a brand new 2024 Subaru Wilderness of which the staff and the manager have given us their best time and effort to buy cash a very little over our budget and still we afforded it out the door. Maybe those guys would be entertained if we bought the expensive ones and kept the price and charges they wanted. Whoever was the manager on 12/17/2024 around 7:45-8-pm, sir, you are very rude. More
So I have to admit I had low expectations when I walked into the Freehold dealership. But, looking back, I was impressed with the professionalism shown by Ian (Michael-Salon). Took my wife here to buy a used Jeep and dealt with Armando and the manager Mike Cueto. They were both very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made it such an easy buying experience from beginning to Armando and the manager Mike Cueto. Recently, I went to this dealership to purchase a 2025 Toyota Camry. The sales representative was nice, but the customer service was not good. He knew what I was looking for, and he did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. Everyone else at the dealer was also wonderful to chat with, including Tommy who handled the finance, and Evan behind the desk. I hope I don’t need to do this again for good amount of time, but these are the people I will choose to deal with!!! More
