On January 3, 2013, I was able to walk away with a 2013 Ford Mustang V6. As I walked into the Dealership I was greeted by the Sale Professional Eddie. Surprisingly he wasn't like the typical sales professi Ford Mustang V6. As I walked into the Dealership I was greeted by the Sale Professional Eddie. Surprisingly he wasn't like the typical sales professional's that I encountered at the previous dealerships that I've been to. He was far from being over-aggressive, which usually would drive me away, but was passive and was more helpful with assisting me with any questions I had and helping me and my family feel right at home. After a couple hours of searching for the right car Eddie and the staff at Buhler made the process of getting me to drive home in my brand new mustang quick, easy, and painless. I definitely plan on buying from Buhler again in the future and I highly recommend them. I also must compliment on Eddie's customer support on the after fact of me buying the car . After a couple days went by I was contacted by Eddie to assure that I was satisfied with my purchase and to answer any questions I may have about my brand new mustang. All in All, I am very satisfied by both Eddie the sales professional and the Dealership. A perfect 5/5 across the board. More

The dealership has a ton of Trucks and vehicles to select from and they are very customer oriented. As a victim of Hurricane Sandy, I was provided some additional assistance with the purchase and am very grateful to the dealership for that. On December 27th, 12-27-12, my wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape from Buhler Ford In Eatontown, NJ. We both felt that we had an extraordinarily positive experience in an often n Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape from Buhler Ford In Eatontown, NJ. We both felt that we had an extraordinarily positive experience in an often negative arena. We actually interacted with five(5) different Buhler Ford representatives throughout an almost full day sales process: Michael Venezia, our assigned sales representative, was professional, friendly, informative and patient with us throughout; Matthew Small, a sales associate of Michael's, introduced us to the actual vehicle that we ultimately purchased; Jonathan Luz, the General Manager, personally met with us to ensure that we arrived at a final sales price and monthly payment package that we could afford without fiscal hardship; Bruce McCarthy,the dealership's business manager, proficiently attended to all of the financial detail work necessary to bring this transaction to successful closure; and John Vlhakis, the dealership's principal 'tech,' provided us with a clear and understandable tutorial on all of the purchased vehicle's numerous 'bells and whistles' many of which were completely unfamiliar to us. The process itself could have derailed at various points due to negotiating intransigence on either seller or buyer's parts but never did thanks largely to the flexibility, personal charisma and collective teamwork of all of these dealership representatives. They made the two of us feel as though we were about to become part of their own 'family.' No part of this process was ever 'rushed' through with us, in order to permit these men to move onto other pending business and, arguably, of equal import. My wife and I, thus, give Buhler Ford our highest of recommendations and strongly encourage all imminent would-be auto buyers to visit this dealership to share in these same satisfying experiences. I stopped into Buhler to ask if there was a way to get out of a least before my mileage went over. I was greeted by Matthew Small who after hearing my delema, immediately assured me that he was experienced in these matters and would take care of my lease concern. I spend quite a bit of time at Buhler as they had to work out a difficult financial situation that I had created, while keeping my monthly payments manageable for me. During the time that I was there I was offered beverages and food and Mr Small continued to encourage me that not only would they get me out of my lease, but that I would put me into a new car by the time that I left. Considering the mess I had gotten myself into I absolutely picked the right dealership to spend the time and I was fortunate to have such a personable and friendly sales associate as Matthew Small to manage the transaction. Once the lease matter was resolved, I was given a car that Mr Small had figured to be something within my budget requirements. He also handed me the keys for a test drive. It was a Ford Focus and after some time driving the new vehicle, I knew that this car would be perfect foe me. Before I drove away, Buhler gave it a complete washing as well as a full tank of gas. Then Mr Small took his time to go over the great technologies that the Focus had to offer. Thank you Buhler and thank you Matthew for your efforts in getting me out of my least and into a car that was a definite upgrade for me. More
Bought a C-MAX two weeks ago at Buhler Ford in Eatontown. I met Eddie as a salesperson and left feeling like I had made a friend. The price he gave me was excellent without having to bargain as if you were buying the car at bazaar in Morocco. Since my purchase Eddie has been in contact with me several times to see if there were any issues or if he could be of service in any way. That has left me very impressed. Normally salesmen only call before the sale. About the only thing Eddie hasn't offered to do is make me some matzo ball soup. (That's an inside joke between me and Eddie) . Although in all honesty if I asked him to he probably would. More

The pricing was up front, no haggling. Buhler gave me the bottom dollar and not a buck more, very enjoyable for buying a car. There was no negotiating, it was the lowest price Buhler would do. I was only charged $500 over invoice for the brand new vehicle (FYI, MSRP was $34,400 & Invoice was about $32,000). The service was quick and painless, and they helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. More
