Stephanie worked with me via email to reach the exact deal that I was looking for paired with the perfect truck (2013 Ford Explorer XLT) to match. When the deal became more like a reality, I was then passed to John who was extremely easy to work with and picked up right where Stephanie left off. The service from those two was absolutely top-notch! John was so extremely knowledgeable of the truck itself that once I was behind the wheel, I felt as if I owned it for weeks already. When all was said and done I was dealt to Bruce to finalize all the paperwork. He too was an extreme pleasure to deal with and made the money transaction and signing of countless forms actually enjoyable! I was introduced to Jonathan Luz, he was very knowledgeable with both buying and leasing, letting me know the pros and cons of both. I felt no pressure into buying or leasing, it was my comfort zone he was more worried about. Jonathan was also extremely helpful in helping me stay within my budget. David Page, the young man that actually was my salesman, was fantastic!! very energetic...... He showed me whatever i thought i might be interested in, used, pre-owned, new. I went the new car route, we took a Fiesta for a ride first, than a Focus. I asked alot of questions and also his opinion on the cars. David was extremely knowledgeable about both Ford cars and probably would be with any car on the Buhler lot. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows what he is selling. Because of their vast knowledge of muscle cars and professional attitude and demeanor, my husband purchased a 2013 RTR Mustang. We had such a great time with them that we went back 4 days later and bought a 2013 Ford Explorer(because that Mustang will never see snow). Absolutely no problem. It wasn't even an issue. And the price: When I came to pick the car up the lease price was actually few dollars LESS than what I was quoted!
