I just purchased a new Ford Focus on the 22nd of Feb 2013. I dealt with 3 gentlemen during my 2 visits. My first visit, i was just looking, not really knowing whether i wanted to buy or lease. I was introduced to Jonathan Luz, he was very knowledgeable with both buying and leasing, letting me know the pros and cons of both. I felt no pressure into buying or leasing, it was my comfort zone he was more worried about. Jonathan was also extremely helpful in helping me stay within my budget. David Page, the young man that actually was my salesman, was fantastic!! very energetic...... He showed me whatever i thought i might be interested in, used, pre-owned, new. I went the new car route, we took a Fiesta for a ride first, than a Focus. I asked alot of questions and also his opinion on the cars. David was extremely knowledgeable about both Ford cars and probably would be with any car on the Buhler lot. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows what he is selling. ( both inside and out! ) Bob Biele, the paperwork man, was also a pleasure to work with. My overall experience with the Buhler Ford Dealership was excellent and i will be back! More

My Husband and I visited Buhler Automotive on 1/31/2013...my husband had every intention of buying a Dodge Challenger. In talking with our sales "duo" of Matthew Small and Eddie Ibrahim we soon l 1/31/2013...my husband had every intention of buying a Dodge Challenger. Because of their vast knowledge of muscle cars and professional attitude and demeanor, my husband purchased a 2013 RTR Mustang. We had such a great time with them that we went back 4 days later and bought a 2013 Ford Explorer(because that Mustang will never see snow). A fantastic experience from beginning to end. After the purchase: No surprises. None! No pressure. Nothing too difficult. No question too silly or too hard. Financing was a breeze. Trade-in was more than fair. Locating the car I wanted? Absolutely no problem. It wasn't even an issue. And the price: When I came to pick the car up the lease price was actually few dollars LESS than what I was quoted! Mr. Luz was very helpful and worked to make the finances fit into my budget. Bob Biele finished the paperwork and helped me in every way.
