I started my car search on line and put an inquiry into Buhler Ford. Stephanie Corradino, an internet sales rep, reached out to me by email and phone in a very timely manner. She took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about a few concerns I had. She said I could come in whenever I wanted. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership she was waiting for us and introduced us to Jimmy Clark. Jimmy took great care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was very personable, making us feel comfortable immediately. He was also patient with our questions and went back and forth multiple times with financing to get us the best deal he could. Stephanie also checked in with us from time to time to see how we were doing. We walked out of there with a 2013 Edge. It is very sharp looking and the ride is smooth. Most importantly, it has a ton of room. We have already loaded up the trunk with groceries, a stroller and other baby items with no problems at all. The Edge is a great way to have all the things a parent needs while still feeling stylish! More
The reason I give the rating I have is John Getta was straight up with the pricing and is a good dealer. Went into Buhler Ford with the intention of buying a vehicle that day. I had done my research on the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium and I knew that this was the vehicle that I was going to purchase. I had gone through a 3rd party site called TrueCar which gives you "real life" pricing on vehicles. Buhler Ford claims that they match TrueCar pricing and I had spoken to their internet sales person Stephanie who had assured me that they will match the price, I made sure because I had to drive about 2 hours to get there. When we got there, we met Joseph, he was a new salesman with Buhler Ford and to be honest he was great...in the beginning. We test drove the specific vehicle that we had told stephanie and all was great until we starting talking about numbers. We had also planned to trade in a vehicle, their appraisal was a complete insult, about $6000 under blue book value. My vehicle is a 2010, well taken care of car, and they get the nerve to tell me that they need to replace the rear and front bumpers, four new tires, and more. Mind you that my car has NEVER been in an accident. Minor wear and tear of course but this was ridiculous. They did NOT match TrueCar pricing either as they insisted that I built the car wrong on it and that it was including every single rebate that Ford had to offer. This was not my first time using TrueCar and I know how it works and how to customize it to the tee. They kept insisting that I was wrong and then they pretty much called us idiots because THEY didn't understand how the program works. They were getting pretty heated and needless to say a deal did not happen. As we were leaving a once friendly Joseph, sarcastically says "good luck trying to get that price". Well Joseph if you do end up reading this, I did get that price on that same very day (Thanks Sansones!) and I am enjoying my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium. More
This is my first response after leasing a 2nd vehicle through Buhler. John Getta has been a very positive point of continuity through my experience with Buhler and I would recommend him for sales and pr through Buhler. Buhler's structured itself from a management perspective to support staff & the buying experience well with competitive product awareness, pricing and service responsiveness. After many vehicle purchases & leases over (too many) years, I found the process at Buhler Ford, in terms of: transparency, value & respect for a client's time genuinely considered & refreshing. Doughnuts, water, coffee, wi-fi (should we go on?) are all offered at dealership's today. Are these really needed? A TRUE test of earnestness in approach to a client is a demostration of respect for their time. Here, I feel, John Getta & Buhler innately deliver a benchmark experience. You're always welcome to spend time but if you don't have that luxury - here is a group that can execute. Jimmy Clark, Joe Silva, Chuck James, Gary Shpak and Buhler's Service have been great offering the same ethic & responsiveness described above. Their ability (if requested) to prepare in advance & offer efficiency-in-purpose and execution to the craft should be acknowledged. Ford has excelled at transforming their product line (without asking or accepting anyone or any tax-payer's help in the rough times). It's a mark of character for an organization to maintain and demonstrate such resolve. Buhler thoughtfully compliment's the client experience with great service & support. More

I had previously looked other places, and encountered a lot of super pushy, rude salespeople. It was so refreshing that John was the complete opposite. When Buhler ford, didn't happen to have the color car I wanted John went out of his way to get it for me. The car was super pretty and I was so excited to drive it home this past Saturday. I would definitely tell friends and/or family to go there. I love my brand new FORD FIESTA!!!!! More

Bob Biele handled the financing and was very forthright and objective during that process. Even though the dealership had closed, David still took the time to go over the car and all of the features with me. There was never a sense of being rushed due to the time. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had and I look forward to future purchases from this dealership. I went to several Ford dealerships before Buhler (being the furthest from my home). I spoke with Dave Page and told him what I wanted with an idea of what I wanted to pay. He gave me a price with and without a trade-in (I had a 2011 Nissan Frontier). After a few visits (my fault because I didn't check the schedule as to when he would be working) we got together and I ordered the truck. I had to order one because my husband wanted a 4X2 (better mpg) and dealers only had 4X4's. Having ordered the truck, Dave told me to give it 8 to 10 weeks, but it may come in sooner possibly in 6 to 8 weeks. I was really proud of myself for not calling him at all checking to see if it came in yet, but how I wanted to! It was a nice surprise when Dave called a couple of days after the 6 weeks. We went in that day, signed all of the papers and spent some time in the truck with Dave as he explained all of the functions it could do. It's amazing! Pretty soon we won't have to drive, it will do that for me. We have had the truck only 1 day, we need a little more time so hopefully the mpg will get better. The interior is huge, bigger then my car, and I can stretch my legs with no problem without even touching the front seats and they are all the way back!! The truck is absolutely beautiful, the black interior and the blue jean metallic exterior. Having it one day and we love it so far. Dave Page was the perfect gentleman and the perfect salesman especially to put up with me!!! I would definitely recommend your dealership to others with Dave as their salesman. I am writing this review in response to poor actions taken and failure to follow contractual language by Buhler Ford in the cancelation of an extended warranty. I followed the procedure and filed the n taken and failure to follow contractual language by Buhler Ford in the cancelation of an extended warranty. I followed the procedure and filed the necessary paper work with the dealer to cancel the warranty, yet it took over 2 months for the cancelation to be processed. With in the contract, there is a clause which states a penalty will be paid for every 30 days the amount of the canceled has not been repaid. I was provided with a check by the dealer last night and not provided the contractual penalty funds and when this issue was presented to the General Manager I was told I would need to take them to court to have them enforce the full contract terms. This behavior is extremely poor and shows a disdain for customers, especially after the I was reassured by the Sale Manager John that I would receive the penalty amount and the amount was not in dispute since the contract stated it clearly. To all who read this, do not trust this dealership. More
