One of, if not the best dealer experiences we have ever had. From your receptionist, to the salesman(Matt Small), finance manager(Gary Shpak) and general manager(John Luz), top notch job. Could not have been more impressed. These people get it. Especially in this economy. Phone calls were returned and questions answered CORRECTLY. If they did not know the answer, one was not given till they found the right one. Financing was a breeze. I think we smiled and laughed through the whole experience. This is a great team, you should be proud to have them on your team. Matt, at his young age is a pro. He is the face you want people to see. After looking at a Toyota up the street i decided to go to Buhler Ford "just to look" for a new ride. David Page was there and he is the salesperson responsible for the Costco program. Matt made me feel very confident with the purchase of my dream car. He was friendly and helpful from the second I walked into the dealership. Buhler is a great dealership. John Vlahakis & Bob Biele were great to work with. Both were very informative, friendly, and really listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Matt was very straight forward and didn't seem like the usual car salesman trying to get over on the consumer. Made the truck buying experience easy and nonstressful.
