I wanted to have my mechanic look at the car before purchase in order to do so he next day I had to put a $500 deposit down so I did. After seeing this car I still proceeded to look at other cars to see if I could get a better deal. I found a perfect car for myself and within my budget elsewhere. I had then called this dealer back so I could get my $500 deposit back as I already purchased a different car. They gave me nothing but issues and in the end made me come back into the store just to give me the run around. I dealt with an Albert and Heather and it was nothing but a headache. Nice people but they’re car sales people so I guess I would’ve expected them to give me nothing but problems. I will never recommend this place to anyone to purchase a car. More

I wasted a lot of time, gas and oxygen traveling to Lakewood and Ocean, in addition to speaking with staff in two or three fairly local Ford dealerships. It turns out I could have shopped for my new (or pre-owned) Ford right in my own backyard! These guys actually restored my faith in the auto sales industry. I felt like a human being, rather than some sort of target whom they wanted to play games with and trick into various poor decisions. My salesperson, Joe Silva, initially seemed a bit green, having been hired about a month ago, but he was personable and professional as well as very motivated to answer questions and address all of my concerns. He truly wanted to have a happy customer, and was almost more visibly excited than I was about the whole transaction. Very solid guy. And the sales manager who oversaw his work, Albert Ciccone? What a cool guy. If I ever got divorced, he' would be my wingman. (Hope my wife doesn't read this.) He is so much cooler - and better dressed - than just about anyone who ever appeared on the Sopranos. And totally honest and open with me, which was super refreshing. Seriously, I thought we were in Hollywood. The other Joe I recommend (sorry to the other guys - I just didn't work with them. They all seemed great on the surface at least) is Joe Lepore, the sales manager. Young but very poised, professional and open. If he's not engaged or married I have one or two daughters who I want him to meet. Just a pleasure to work with. And for the part which i often have a few drinks before - meeting with the finance guy? Nothing to worry about. Pat Moody is also extremely laid back, attentive, and smooth, totally devoid of that hard sell stuff which makes me want to take a bottle of Tums in with me. Just another great guy. I wish these guys would train the rest of the auto guys out there. Is there something in the water at this place? Full disclosure - I have to confess that I was also very happy to have located a great buy-in number on a leftover 2017 model, which I am enjoying muchisimo. This was the only place with '17 vehicles who seemed to understand that these dustier cars are simply not worth as much as the '18 models. I'm not a business type, but is this really so difficult to appreciate? Why would someone pay the same (give or take a couple hundred bucks) for a car which is fully a year older, which is not leasable, and which I'd wager will beat the ---- out of you when you try to sell it 4, 5 or even 6 years later? So these stand-up common sense guys took action and priced this car aggressively. Thank you. I will be back. And just to get this on the record - the dealership is not paying me to write this stuff. I am not related to these guys by blood or marriage. They did not buy me a pizza. The trade-in price I got was fair but nothing crazy. I just had a positive experience. If you want more details, please ask the folks at DCH Ford to give you my email address, and i'll be happy to elaborate. Last point for DCH management - please give these boys a big raise - they are good. More

He was so nice and accommodating, immediately he searched though the inventory and found the perfect car! He worked out a deal that fit their budget perfectly, he did not try to hard sell us at all! It was the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership, Buhler Ford should be very proud to have him as an employee as he left us with a great feeling towards their dealership and I will recommend Sam and Buhler Ford to ALL my family and friends! They screwed me I had an awful experience here. I went in to test drive two vehicles. Placed a $1,000 down payment on one vehicle. After they took my $1,000 they tol I had an awful experience here. I went in to test drive two vehicles. Placed a $1,000 down payment on one vehicle. After they took my $1,000 they told me they had another person deposit $500 the night before. We spoke about a deal on the second car and they would keep my money and finalize everything the next day. I got into the dealership and both cars were sold while they had my deposit on the cars. So I am left with no car. Thanks a lot Buhler. I also purchased a new vehicle from them and had a decent experience but after this I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

We passed by this Ford dealership and decided to go in with our hopes down. What we found was a super friendly staff, Jimmy was awesome and he found a way to help us! We drove a new Ford Focus the very same day, we still can't believe it! For my next car I'm going back to them. More

He understood what we were looking for and price that we could afford. The gentleman who does the finances was also very nice and to the point. They both respected our price point and knew we could not afford to be in a high payment. Both respectful and we thank them both for a great buying experience. From, Krystle and Ronnie Maver More
False Advertising!!! We spoke to an internet salesperson on he 8th of October (Saturday) at 4:00-5:00pm about a 2010 Cadillac Escalade for a sales price of 26,975.00 The We spoke to an internet salesperson on he 8th of October (Saturday) at 4:00-5:00pm about a 2010 Cadillac Escalade for a sales price of 26,975.00 The store closes at 6pm and was closed on Sunday. We drove for 1.5 hours to be there when the doors opened on Monday the 10th 2014..test drove the car and was ready to buy it. At that time the sales manager came out and said that someone else had put down a 1,500 deposit on the truck somewhere between 5 and 6pm on Saturday. All they could say was sorry, over and over again. Debbie should have asked us if we wanted to put a deposit down..we definitely would have. On our way back home, another 1.5 hours, lose of hours from taking time off of work, tolls, gas, millage on our our truck, we realized that it was probably a misprint on the internet. The price on the truck was listed for 36,975. There was NOT a sold sign on the truck and it was still parked in the very front of the lot, next to the road. We don't believe that there ever was another buyer and that we were told that because of the mistake They made. We feel that this is a very poor way to do business. Rather than coming out and saying "we made a mistake", we feel they just out and out lied to cover themselves. More
remote key not working Went there today to complain about a non working duplicate remote key that was given to me when I bought my new van. When I was there nobody seemed Went there today to complain about a non working duplicate remote key that was given to me when I bought my new van. When I was there nobody seemed to be interested in assisting me, except for the woman at the front desk . The lady at the front desk even asked for help. from a certain "Barry". But he said he cannot help me because he is in a middle of something. Poor behavior and bad service from this guy, I guess he didn't know what good manners and right conduct mean.. I don't need this kind of people in my team if I was the owner of this dealership but I am not , I was just a customer. Being a shipping contractor I was thinking of buying another van to augment my business But after this experience, I've learned my lesson. I was so stupid I spent my hard earned money purchasing a brand new Ford E350 from this dealership in the first place.. Ford is world-class for trucks and vans. It is a prestigious company. Sales team should be managed by professional and customer oriented personnel. Thank you for reading. More
