BUYER BEWARE!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!! Do not buy from this dealer!! My family has been purchasing from the DCH family for over 30 years. A manager named Dylan told my sales person and anot Do not buy from this dealer!! My family has been purchasing from the DCH family for over 30 years. A manager named Dylan told my sales person and another sales person that they would match another dealers "out the door price" which includes everything (taxes, tags etc.) for a 2019 Ford Expedition. I have this all in writing from both my sales people. Then spoke to the GM who was going to sell it to me for $1,500 more which is very wrong and said his manager's price did not include taxes, tags etc. Well if that is the case why would I offer the dealership $265 more then they are asking for on their site! Then they have the nerve to pull a bait-and-switch and try and say someone is already coming tonight and gave a deposit on it and if it falls through then they will contact me. Or they can find one for me. Sorry at this point I do not trust you. I can go to any dealer and have them "find me one". I cannot believe the way this management works in this dealership and they she be ashed of themselves for treating a very good and willing customer! BUYERS BEWARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!! More

left me out to dry i went in and traded in my car and was told by not only the salesman i was working with but the manager and the company accountant all told me id have i went in and traded in my car and was told by not only the salesman i was working with but the manager and the company accountant all told me id have my check in 48-72 hours. i show up today(72hrs later) to recieve my check and am told they neglected to do my paperwork and i would have to wait another 3 days for my check. i only went in because i needed cash fast and they said id get it in 2-3 days now im broke and have no money because they neglected to send in or process paperwork when they were required too. More

respectful professional honest nick c has sold me the last 3 cars over many years, besides the car, the trust and professional experience he introduced me to as senior going on 70 nick c has sold me the last 3 cars over many years, besides the car, the trust and professional experience he introduced me to as senior going on 70 gave me confidence to buy this model not the same I was use to. It's truly comfortable, visibility is great and easy access to getting in and out of. The amazing new technology of backcamaras and especially blind spot mirrors is huge as I travel on parkways to work. And I know I can always give Nick a call for any ?'s. Thanks Nick More

He set me I recently bought a Ford Explorer here after being recommended to see Barry Pollack, the GM at DCH Ford. Barry was wonderful to deal with. He set me up with Johnny V, who is a great salesman! He made sure I understood everything about my new car! And Dylan, the finance manager really put me at ease, he was great and explained everything I was signing. Unprofessional I was so willing and eager to purchase a car here that I’ve been looking at. The whole process was very sketchy. I wanted to have my mechanic look at I was so willing and eager to purchase a car here that I’ve been looking at. The whole process was very sketchy. I wanted to have my mechanic look at the car before purchase in order to do so he next day I had to put a $500 deposit down so I did. After seeing this car I still proceeded to look at other cars to see if I could get a better deal. I found a perfect car for myself and within my budget elsewhere. I had then called this dealer back so I could get my $500 deposit back as I already purchased a different car. They gave me nothing but issues and in the end made me come back into the store just to give me the run around. I dealt with an Albert and Heather and it was nothing but a headache. Nice people but they’re car sales people so I guess I would’ve expected them to give me nothing but problems. I will never recommend this place to anyone to purchase a car. More
