Arriving at DCH Ford, Jordan A. made the experience a pleasant one, he was quick to set up the drive and was very informative, I put a deposit down on the vehicle I wanted that day. I came back to finalize the process with Jordan, and Joe the manager who made understanding the numbers extremely easy and process painless. 😊 While signing the paperwork with Ben, it was refreshing to chat with him and made the process go by quickly and smoothly. Marco assisted with the return of my lease with the final paperwork details, which was quick and easy (on a side note we share the same birthday). Overall, DCH Ford made the process of getting the Ford Explorer extremely pleasant after thinking it was going to be a nightmare because of the pandemic. I highly recommend DCH Ford in Eatontown. More
