I started looking for a new F-150 6 months before my cu If your looking for a friendly, professional Ford Dealership than DCH is where you need to go. I started looking for a new F-150 6 months before my current lease was going to end. I was way over my mileage and didn’t know what to do. After speaking with John Vlahkis, and Barry Pollack they advised me to hang on a little while longer because of my remaining payments. With that advice I left the dealership wondering what I was going to do. It turned out to be the best thing for me. Their advice was spot on. I placed a call to the GSM Joe Lepore. Joe was aware of my current situation with my truck and assured me he would do everything he could do to help. After a few days of talking, Joe came back to me with a solution I couldn’t pass up. It got me out of my truck and into a brand new XLT with a manageable payment. This process was a bit stressful because of the money I owed for the mileage, but in the end it all worked out. Joe Lepore was amazing to deal with for the negotiation to the delivery by Mark LaMonica. Mark was extremely knowledgeable with the features my truck has. He was also very kind salesman and didn’t sway me one way or another. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo. Joe and Anthony are amazing to deal with if your looking for a Ford. Called them Friday night Awesome dealership with awesome staff. Mrs Robinson, Devin and Joe were fantastic. I was ready to buy at another dealership. Called them Friday night at 6:30 and Mrs Robinson got the ball rolling. Saturday morning the Sales Manager Joe called me and worked me out a better deal. Devin took all my information over the phone since I was an hour away. Got the to dealership and only spent 15 min in finance! Devin spent plenty of time going over the features of my new Expedition until I was ready to drive off. Devin then called Monday morning to make sure everything was ok. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Ford. More
