Hello Ford Eatontown, I have forty years of driving different styles sadan style cars in past. Recently I wanted and needed a change because I felt on the road everything was bigger in my view . Sales person Devin McQuade Ford Eatontown he listened to All My Car Interests and introduced me to 2019 Ecosport Titanium. "I love it",!!! I suggested to Devin it's a big deal to drive up higher on road Now I can see traffic ahead. Ecosport drives smooth I feel very comfortable in this model. Thank you everyone in Ford Dealership especially Sales Devin McQuade very personal, remembered all my questions and requested. EXCELLENT!!!!! More

Very long day To be fair, everyone was pleasant and greeted me. The salesperson was nice, but sort of disorganized. A checklist of tasks would be of help and smooth our the process. She was busy with me (first) then another walk-in customer (former sale?) came in, which resulted in me having to wait and wait. The finance guys were high pressure, which I did not appreciate at all. Didn't feel like I was respected as a purchasing customer. I was at the dealership for 6+ hours. Too much time sitting and waiting. The music was too loud for me; had some difficulty communicating with my salesperson. The dealership is going through a remodel, so the car prep took much longer than expected, which should have been explained to me. They need to get a magazine rack, TV, or snack bar/vending or something for customers. Six hours without anything to eat was not customer friendly. If you do buy there, bring some food. Not sure I would recommend. More

They did push the extended warranty too hard, I didn't want it but continued to try and negotiate a better price which tells me they didn't offer the best price possible on the first attempt. Through those years, I have dealt with different Ford dealerships throughout northern and central NJ. After visiting at least five Ford dealers in Monmouth and Ocean counties a few years ago, I finally purchased my 2011 Ford at DCH and just last week, I again purchased a new Ford at DCH. My salesman, Joe Rouette, was able to locate the exact vehicle with the options that I wanted and within a few days, I was the happy owner of another new Ford. Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle and facilitated a very fair trade-in of my older Ford. Joe was an amazing salesman, very patient, pleasant to deal with and always very professional. DCH is one of the best Ford dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely fair and there is never any pressure, hidden costs, schemes or gimmicks and never any hassles. Everything is "straight forward and above board." DCH prides itself on always attending to their customer's needs. I have had my Ford serviced at DCH for over nine years and always deal with Joe Bachorik, a Senior Service Advisor. Joe is great to deal with, always helpful and pleasant and takes the time to be certain that my Ford is well taken care of as well as patiently answering the many questions and concerns that I may have about maintenance, etc. I can't say enough about DCH and their philosophy of making sure that the customer is always happy. This is the only Ford dealership that I will ever purchase a vehicle from and will always have it serviced here.
