Great experience at DCH Ford!! Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Everyone I dealt with from sales, service and parts went out of their way for me. I added a bunch of accessories from the parts dept and had service install them before I picked up the truck. I scheduled a night to pick up the truck and it was ready for me. Finance found a better rate for me than previously discussed. Everyone was great!! More

They were efficient, my questions were answered, the vehicle was as I hoped when I saw it, the salesman was very pleasant to work with - not pushy at all. The deal was very fair and I left happy with the purchase. Then I realized there was a problem with the touch screen. They invited me right back in and attempted to resolve the issue. Turned out it was determined a new part was needed. They turned me over to the service department who was phenomenal to work with. They were responsive, when the part came in they called me, I made an appointment, and the problem was solved. I've already recommended these guys to a family member. More
