Based on other reviews this is not the first time this has happened and worse they couldn't provide me with a good explanation of why they sold it to someone that came in after me. You need to get a better procedure/process to avoid these issues. Our company purchases vehicles from both DCH and Paradise in Temecula, I will recommend we do not purchase any future vehicles based on the customer service I received. Ron P. More

Awesome I first called the dealership before going in and spoke with Marty. I told him what I was looking for and I went in the next day. Of course I asked for Marty by name and he came out and showed me around. He showed me the cutest 2018 Fiat 500 Pop in Charcoal gray, within five minutes of my arrival. I had gotten there at 1:30 and left by 5:30. Full of information and a very pleasant experience along with my new Fiat. This was in April of this year, I returned with my daughter in July, again I went in looking for Marty and again he helped us and we left with a 2015 Kia Forte. This dealer does not stand behind their product or customers I bought a brand new Jeep from DCH Temecula. The buying process went smooth, but after that it all went down hill. After only owning my Jeep for 3 mon I bought a brand new Jeep from DCH Temecula. The buying process went smooth, but after that it all went down hill. After only owning my Jeep for 3 months I had to bring it to DCH for 2 dash lights that came on. My Jeep ended up being there a total of 11 weeks. FCA ended up buying it back, but DCH didn’t want to be involved with the buyback process at first. It wasn’t until I posted about the experience on local Jeep forums that DCH decided they wanted to help and facilitate the buyback. The service manager (Mike Z) was the only one at this dealer that stepped up and tried to make things right. I feel like throughout the whole process DCH was very unorganized and unhelpful. My service advisor (Rudy Morales) was hard to reach. I would, no lie, have to call and threaten to talk to a manager on several occasions just to get him on the phone so I could try to figure out what was going on with my Jeep. I even called and left a message for the general manager of the dealership at one point trying to get information about my vehicle because my service advisor was so unhelpful, but got no call back. When I finally did go to surrender my Jeep back to FCA, DCH had no idea where my Jeep was on their lot. The weekend manager had no idea the vehicle surrendering appointment was that day because Rudy never passed it on. In fact when he was talking to a service tech he stated “this is the second Rudy stinger I’ve had this morning”. Referring to the lack of Communication and organization. Took them about 30 mins to locate my Jeep. You would think a dealer would bend over backwards for a customer they sold a lemon to and try to make things right. Not DCH! There were speed bumps every step of the way with DCH. Glad to be free from DCH as well as FCA. More
