DCH Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Temecula

Well I was told they were looking for a car for us and after two days, nothing but I was promised to be called back and never would they call back. I finally got the manager call me and tell me they got after two days, nothing but I was promised to be called back and never would they call back. I finally got the manager call me and tell me they got a car they are trying to get from another dealer but then 5min turned into 5 hours and no call. I called back another hour later cause other dealers have the car I want but I had loyalty here...at first. I called back and the girl told me he was in another deal and he was busy. I am like this is nuts for I was yesterdays deal but now I am not as important. So now no call back and they close in 1 hour. Wasted my Sunday where I could have driven to LA and got the car and been cruising it now. Just never ever ever ever have a dealer get you a car. some cars other dealers will not release and so they string u along til they can get one. NE way people were nice but service was shady and overall not happy with how I was treated. I told the girl ok if he is busy then so be it...thanks and goodbye. The girl was like.. Ok bye! WOW More
