I tried to resolve this matter with many calls, Now I know why the dealership rating is 1.6 in customer service. ( A free inspection on a new car?) WHY? I only had the car for less then a week before I made this appointment .Just something to offer me .And you want me to return for another visit? so something else can go wrong. Kevin you want me to reach out to you! I did that already you said 22 miles is a standard thing on a 2 rear rotor replaced. The team yes drove the car and took turns running rends Keep everything and the poor rating from you and the dealership.. All this speaks loudly about you and the dealerships customer service
