In spite of a miscommunication on my part, the service department (specifically, Mike Casey), was able to quickly resolve the issue and he had my Jeep ready to go within an hour. He was courteous and professional. I have always been skeptical when it comes to service departments and the "promises" that some dealerships make regarding customer satisfaction - but in this case, Mike (and the DCH service department) came through. I can honestly say that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you again, Mike. More

Warranty Service with Fiat-Chrysler I always brought in my 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn 4x4 for service, both for oil changes and numerous warranty items. However, I bought in the truck for I always brought in my 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn 4x4 for service, both for oil changes and numerous warranty items. However, I bought in the truck for three separate months for about 30 days each on 6/2014, 7/2014, and now on 2/2015 going on for a month so far with little or poorly worked on for the warranty items, especially when many of the items that would be under warranty are routinely denied by Fiat-Chrysler. As of now, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles or FCA is looking into my case. However, because of numerous build-quality problems that the dealer cannot address, I would like to have my truck replaced due to three months total being in the shop in a pretty much the same condition since I brought it in last year. We've been wanting a Challenger for years, we were actually just looking to see what you had as far as used. But saw the 2015 Challenger SRT with the Scat Pack.. (husband had to explain what that was) Thanks to our salesperson Jose Watanabe did a great job! The Car is gorgeous and a blast to drive!! Jose and Glen made a great team! Glen did a great job making this car do-able, and brought me to tears (happytears) when he leaned into the car and told me the car was mine!! I love this car and I think I have a permanent smile on my face.. Thanx again! More

Recall appointment I called the DCH service department to make an appointment as it said to do in my recall notice. The girl that helped me said it would take a little l I called the DCH service department to make an appointment as it said to do in my recall notice. The girl that helped me said it would take a little longer than the 1/2 hour wait the recall notice advised. I told them I would need to wait for my car but that was ok. When I arrived for my appointment I checked in and was told that it would be about an hour and a half wait for the software updates. I told my service adviser Robert that I was hoping for more like an hour since I had another appointment to get to and he said he would do his best for me. He checked on me a couple of times as I waited in the lounge advising me each time of the status of my car. Approximately 45 minutes after arriving, Robert came in to tell me that my car was ready. I was entirely satisfied with my experience at DCH. More

From my service professional to the guy that offered me a desk at a dealer's office to wrap me niece's birthday presents and the other guys that made small talk. Now normally guys would be this nice to a super cute girl...but that wasn't me at the time ...half awake, towel dried hair and no make up...just genuine attempts to take care of their clients. I even had several people calling over to check on the status of my car so I can get to my niece's house. I first came to DCH because of the in God we trust sign...the girl who first helped took me on a tour to go see it when I told her....I appreciate their service so much I'll happily drive an extra 25 miles to go see them as opposed to the dealership by my house or work. More
