They tried to get me to pay for a warranty covered problem but conceded in the end. It took 9 attempts (4 e-mails and 4 phone calls) to get an appointment. The 9th call was to the Service Manager. I had a issue with my 2011 Camry that I purchased at another dealer. I took car to Brunswick to see if they could help me with car problem. Hello! I believe you do not have the highest category that should be given to DCH Toyota Service in North Brunswick. Mike DeAnglis from their service department and his technican receives an "Exceeds Ex that should be given to DCH Toyota Service in North Brunswick. Mike DeAnglis from their service department and his technican receives an "Exceeds Excellence" in every category! I believe I can say that as not only have I brought in my own Toyota cars but I have brought in my daughters Honda cars and each time, have had superior service from the front end/reception desk thru to the service itself done by trained technicans. I have never had to bring back my car for any reason and when my car is given back to me - it is cleaned, new stickers and thanks from everyone. I love my Highlander and the only other people that love my car as much as I do is Toyota DCH. I am treated as a queen there too with always newspapers to read, computers to use, coffee and even snacks - with a great number of tables in a comfortable waiting area. I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis. My ABS/Brake lights are on but I had already had that checked out. I specifically told them NOT to diagnose those lights, just the check engine indic My ABS/Brake lights are on but I had already had that checked out. I specifically told them NOT to diagnose those lights, just the check engine indicator because I had already gotten the ABS/Brake lights diagnosed by them. After 4 hours and without a single update during that period, they told me they weren't done and I'd have to bring my car back. Brought my car back & was told the team that worked on it wasn't there that day (even though I was told they would be when I made the appointment) & that I should come back another day. I came back a third day, they finished the diagnosis and told me I needed a new ABS computer (cost = over $2K). I asked specifically if they checked the two malfunction indicators I told them not to check & was told that the check engine light was related to the issue with the ABS computer. Thinking that wasn't right, I brought my car to a different dealership for a 2nd opinion. Was given a diagnosis of a bad intake gasket (cost ~$250). Got it fixed at that second dealership and the check engine light is off now and the car runs smoothly. Will NEVER go back to DCH Brunswick Toyota again. Ended up paying over $100 for a diagnosis where they didn't check for what I told them to check and then they lied about it. Bad communication, poor customer service, incompetent. More
I don't usually write reviews (ever), but I had to commend DCH's service department - and let others know. I went in for a routine oil change, and the service dept found that I had balding tires (prob commend DCH's service department - and let others know. While I was in a rush that day, they told me I should return soon. When I got a chance, the department was very accomodating and did all my repairs while I waited. Brian was extremely cordial and helpful. He explained all the repairs being done, and why. Their rates are very competitive - even when compared to independent mechanics. I highly recommend this service department for everything from the easy oil change to the more complicated repairs. The facility is very nice, with TVs, computers, and wireless internet access. The vehicle check-in process is fantastic, and the vehicle returns washed and ready to drive away. More

This dealership is not honest with its customers. It arranges service appointments but does not honor them, you are simply put in line. Dealerships should recognize there is a choice and I will choose to spend my money elsewhere in the future. More
From the moment we drove up to when we drove off in our car there was no question that we had received the most professional and caring service. After carefully examining the car, the technician found we needed a new water pump. Many dealerships would have ignored my comments and just changed the oil and sent me on my way But not DCH Brunswick!!! They Care Enough to Listen to The Customer.... I wouldn't go anywhere else! SERVICE GONE SHOCKINGLY RIGHT!!! After bringing my car to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a brand new facility so i decided to bring my car in for service. I was greeted by a sweet lady asking if she was expecting me, ( I think her name was nancy), and immediately after, a gentleman approached my vehicle, smiled and waved at my 3 year old in the back seat and asked what he could do for me. Get this- instead of hustling me to his desk, he made sure my daughter was holding my hand as he walked me around my car pointing out scratches and so on on my vehicle, he opened the hood and showed me where certain things were (things my husband still wont do)! As he spoke to me at his desk, he was certain not to "speed talk" so i could follow and understand what my options were for the different service options for my car. I felt like i was talking to a family member and not someone i had to defend myself against. as we spoke, my lil one got ancy, and what do you suppose this guy did? He produced a huge bag of lolly pops that she could from! i left this dealer in disbelief as i have never had a visit like this to get my car serviced. when i got home and told my husband, he got off the couch (which is a rarity) and called yanni and thanked him. I finally have somewhere i trust to have my car fixed!! Thank You Yanni!! More
