Honestly I wasn't even considering buying a new car. I was perfectly happy with my 2007 toyota camry xle v6. I went for service and a salesman approached me and just happened to let me ride '12 camry xle.Great upgrades but still wasn't impressed with the drive, then I asked about the SE edition. He checked his inventory and it was my favorite color. I test drove it and still went home researched ford fusion sport, nissan altima, honda accord, even Hyundai. I went bargaining for prices and checked out all reviews on numerous websites(edmunds, ect.)At the end of it all and some tough bargaining I am really glad I bought the '12 Camry SE v6. It has more features than I expected great drive and handling. It's been 2 weeks I just hit 1,800 miles and counting. DCH brunswick Toyota should be happy they have a sales rep. such as and specificly Ray Medina, he was very courteous but more than that he catered to all my requests for features in the car and squeezed me in to a comfortable price. As a sales person such as myself if you could convince someone to buy something they don't even consider is a remarkable person, especially as cheap as I am. Believe me I couldn't even get an offer close to their price I tried at Lee's toyota in Queens and I recieved the worst treatment ever, the finance manager was literally screaming at his sales rep and I showed them the offer and he wanted to charge me MORE??!! That's the 2nd time I got bad treatment at Lee's toyota. So thank you DCH and thank you Ray Medina. I took long to write this review so I could test the car and then complain. I found everything to be too good, so thank you it is well appreciated More
Keith and team were excellent! He addressed tire and wheel lock issues to my satisfaction and explained what he was doing all along. Only minor issue was during handoff to Keith the wheel lock issue was wheel lock issues to my satisfaction and explained what he was doing all along. Only minor issue was during handoff to Keith the wheel lock issue was not communicated (not Keiths issue in my opinion) resulting in my having to return to the shop to get the issue addressed. Will be back for the excellent service! More

I do not normally fill out Items like this but I wanted to tell the world how great the service was I and my family received on May 28th 2011. My car dies out while getting gas at a rest stop on the NJ Tur to tell the world how great the service was I and my family received on May 28th 2011. My car dies out while getting gas at a rest stop on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed to DCH Brunswick Toyota the Sat before Memorial day weekend, it was very late and they were closed already. I could see the lights were on in the front office and there was two gentelmen inside the office. One came outside and greated me and my family. I asked him if there was a rental car company close by becuase we were from out of town and I needed to get to family function that night. The Service manager Michael DeAngelis went to the vehicle, diagnosed it as a defective battery. Pushed the car inside the shop and told me he would have us fixed up in a jiffy. We were invited into the waiting area by Richard Mootz. He saw my wife and son were very hot from being in a tow truck so he offered them some ice cream, when I re joined them in the waiting room he offered my some as well. I have to say for 2 managers to stop what they were doing after hours, fix my car, treat a out of town customer like family is something you do not see often. Dch Company should be very proud to have dedicated managers like these gentelman. Thanks again for saving our weekend. More
I just want to share my story about DCH Toyota North I just want to share my story about DCH Toyota North Brunswick Customer Service. I have a 2002 Toyota Rav 4 and about two weeks ago I started expe I just want to share my story about DCH Toyota North Brunswick Customer Service. I have a 2002 Toyota Rav 4 and about two weeks ago I started experiencing some problems when accelerating from a stop, say from a red light or stop sign. It also seemed as if my gears were not shifting properly. I took some precautions by having my oil changed ( as I do regularly ) as well as a Fuel injection cleaning and filter inspections by my local Grease Monkey shop. Still, the problem with my shifting was getting worse. I now had brought my Rav 4 to a mechanic friend who upon driving it was insistent that I do not drive it until I had a chance to figure out the problem. I started getting worried ! I went home and did a Google search on 2002 Rav 4's and lo and behold there was an alarming amount of complaints about my exact year and model as far as the ECM and how it created real problems with the transmission ! NOW I WAS REAL WORRIED AND QUITE UPSET !!! I had brought this Rav 4 because I believe in Toyota's and that I could feasibly get 200 to 300 thousand miles out of this workhorse. ( we also bought my Mom a Camry from DCH Toyota North Brunswick in 1998 ) However, I was always reluctant to bring my vehicles to Toyota for servicing because I always heard they were very expensive compared to local service centers ( plus I am an easy target because I don't know much about cars ). OK, So my point ! I just happened to be talking to a friend who said he used to be a trainer at the management level at DCH Toyota. He said " Tommy, I want you to call my friend Richard Mootz, the service director at DCH Toyota. You can totally trust him and he will absolutely steer you right with this". So, I contacted Richard Mootz directly as per my friends request. Richard Mootz took me under his wing, made me feel extremely comfortable about putting my trust in him and Toyota. We came across a problem....when my mechanic friend had checked my engine light with his diagnostic tool, he accidently had erased the important data that was needed to diagnose the problem I was having. This had really tied Richard Moots's hands because he needed this data to confirm my RAV 4's problem. At this point I was even more upset because I was afraid to drive this vehicle....accident , fry the transmission, etc... This is where Mr. Mootz and Toyota step forward above and beyond. He and his staff drove my car to experience the problem. Since the problem was intermittent and did not always happen, they did not see the problem at first. They kept my car over night and drove it until they finally experienced the problem and confirmed the ECM was bad. My car was thankfully still under warranty since I only had 64,000 miles and only nine years old. They fixed my car free of charge, gave me a full printout of what is good, what needs to be taken care of eventually, and most important, things that need immediate attention. To sum it up, Richard Mootz and DCH Toyota now have my gratitude, trust, future service and of course I will tell everyone I know about my positive experience with your company. I am an ex-sales manager and so when I see great service I always feel the need to let the uppers at the Corporate level know about their outstanding employees. We all know how critical it is in todays economy that a company needs to shine with their quality control. And so I would like to Thank Mr. Mootz and DCH Brunswick Toyota for a job well done. ( I am sure you already know how valuable he and the staff are ) That's it, I know it is a long letter but one more time, THANK YOU ! Sincerely, Tom Aboussleman More

They tried to get me to pay for a warranty covered problem but conceded in the end. It took 9 attempts (4 e-mails and 4 phone calls) to get an appointment. The 9th call was to the Service Manager.
