Then, I booked a Sunday morning appointment with Edgar Ramirez for regular m that DCH Toyota of North Brunswick is a first-class automotive business. Then, I booked a Sunday morning appointment with Edgar Ramirez for regular maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Prius. I arrived about 30 minutes early upon being warmly greeted by Edgar. His professional appearance, attitude, and listening skills were appreciated. Edgar indicated that the routine maintenance would be performed within the hour from my arrival. Approximately 45 minutes later, Edgar asked me to accompany him back to my car. He reviewed the observations that had been recorded regarding the "health" of my vehicle and suggested an additional look at timing belt upon my next return for maintenance. Additionally, Edgar asked if I had any questions regarding my service. My 45 minutes of driving to DCH Toyota of North Brunswick was time well invested into the life and continued reliability of my Prius for my family. Thank you DCH Toyota of North Brunswick! More

You turned a crappy and panic-inducing situation into a manageable one. You made sure I had everything I needed, and you listened & helped even when I was panicking and screaming! I know my car’s “diagnosis” was frustrating but I knew that you were doing everything you could-you stayed in touch you let me know what was happening-and that’s immensely helpful (& calming!). Thank you so much- while I have to say, I’m not thrilled with my car at the moment for putting me through the ringer I am thrilled with DCH’s service…and when I decide I want a new car I’ll definitely be coming to you guys first. As a woman, things like a clean service area and respectful & helpful service employees make a world of difference and frankly, not something you experience often when getting your car fixed. From a customer service perspective you guys just get it and do things right. Thank you again!! More
After I was sent a coupon to purchase touchup paint, I went to the parts department, where the person I dealt with, Bud, tried to convince me that I should buy a bottle that was not labeled with the color went to the parts department, where the person I dealt with, Bud, tried to convince me that I should buy a bottle that was not labeled with the color of my car, because Toyota is always changing the names of the colors and they're all the same anyway (I have cosmic grey mica, he tried to sell me magnetic grey). I had to insist on ordering the correct color. When I complained to the manager (Richard) about this, he said he would have fun speaking to Bud about my complaint, and said that I had gone to the wrong department with my coupon, as it said that I should go to the body shop not the parts department (not true). As far as I'm concerned, if they can't handle the simplest transaction (buying a crummy 6 dollars worth of touchup paint) without lying to, irritating, and frustrating a customer, I'll take my business elsewhere. More

They are the worst. Multiple bad experiences with poor communication and lack of contact has been awful. Sales is ok but their service department is horrible. This dealership was very accomodating. Even though i had some credit issues the finance team was able to get me approved. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle after i purchased it and the GM Ray and s some credit issues the finance team was able to get me approved. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle after i purchased it and the GM Ray and service advisor Carl were very responsive and cooperative.
