I am very happy with the DCH Toyota North Brunswick. They gave me a generous amount for my trade in, and service has been great. Scheduling oil changes is easy and saves me time. I have did have a brake job done on my last Toyota Sienna at Goodyear. Can't say that they used sub-standard parts, but the brakes were never right after, grinding noises etc... Took van back to them several times with no improvement. I had brakes done at DCH on my new van, works great, just like new, no noises. I will never go to Goodyear again. I always thought dealers prices were too high, but the prices are competitive. When I needed tires, I shopped around and DCH buy 3 get 1 free turned out to be the best price. I recommend DCH, Ed Ramirez is very professional and took his time to listen to my concerns and addressed them with no hesitation. Thanks Ed! More

Mike and Carl provided nothing but great experience for my family. They are the reason we came back to DCH yesterday and bought a new Highlander, and ofcourse because of the rest of the service department. my family. I brought my Prius in because I had to jump start it and afterwards several lights going off including check engine and a red exclamation point. There was also decreased performance. I brought it in on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and felt I was met with some rudeness, which is understandable before the long weekend, but I would have appreciated a little bit more congeniality. I was very stressed and worried about my car. They at first told me to go home and come back Tuesday but I barely thought I would be able to drive there much less home. With a little persuasion they took it but refused to give me a loaner despite there being two there. On Saturday they called me and told me they had a tech on it all day and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and that they'd have to wait for their hybrid expert to come in after the long weekend. After the weekend everything changed and DCH became very communicative and very pro-active and amazing. They called me first thing Tuesday morning around 9:30am and told me it was just the 12v battery but the car needed a bunch of routine stuff (which I knew) and I told them to go ahead and get everything done that it needed to be done as I love my car and want it to be running for a long time. Yanni called me again later that afternoon and told me they did everything but still got the warning but the warning light was still on and that a cell was dead in the hybrid battery and that it ALSO needed replaced. This is the last thing a hybrid owner wants to hear, especially when you're 12,000miles over warranty. I don't know how, but I'm eternally grateful to DCH because they not only got the hybrid battery there the next day, but I didn't have to pay for it or the installation, just the shipping and handling. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Yanni kept me up to date on the whole process. Originally they told me my car wouldn't be ready til Friday, but it was ready on Wednesday. I can't recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota enough. More
