I must look dumb I bought an Highlander Limited 13 month ago. I paid full asking price but part of the deal was to have a hitch and plug installed. They installed it and I was very happy with my SUV till a week ago when I unhooked the trailer from the Trailblazer and try to pull it with the Toyota. No lights.I checked and found no power on the SUV plug. Upon further Google work I learned that there should be a relay at the drivers feet which converts from 4 lights system on the Toyota to 3 lights system on the trailer. There was no relay in there and the plug which was to be connected to it was hanging lose. As soon as I brought it in the first lady told me that it was $160.00 to just trouble shoot the problem. I explained that all it needed was a relay and add a fuse in the fuse box. She passed me to her manager and he said that there was no deal to install the relay. Then he says hes going to call the sales manager in another building to see if they pay for it. After an hour he told me that his technician is going over the problem "wire by wire" to find the problem. After 3 hours he told me that I have a bad relay and they changed it out of the "good will" They even washed my car. In the way home I stopped and looked at the driver feet and there it was MY NEW RELAY. There was no need to lie. He should have just said: sorry we forgot to install it.So there is my average rating instead of good or great. More

Will Never Return I recently started taking my Toyota to another shop to get it serviced. The last time I was at the service center, I explained what the problem was w I recently started taking my Toyota to another shop to get it serviced. The last time I was at the service center, I explained what the problem was with the car and asked if they could take it out on the road and do a test drive. They said that they would. That was before they got my money. Needless to say that did not happen. They drove it around the parking lot and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. A lie! It just seem that some of these guys; Mike being one of them are just plain arrogant when it comes to women and especially people of color. The way they talk to you is so condescending. I will never take my car back there ever again. Especially Mike the Service Manager. Once he had the nerve to yell at me in front of everyone; so unprofessional. I am quite happy now with the people who I've found to work on my car. More

However, when I went for service I was asked to pay $69.99. When I told them there was an ad on their website for full oil change $54.95. They did not agree. After 10 minutes of discussion they agreed. However, they did not rotated my tire. After I pointed them, the tire was not rotated, I did not get any good response. I had to pay extra for my tire rotation at different dealer. I had good experience with the service center. I may not go again. More

I went for Toyota Safety Recall service. I took appointment with my name. When I reached their person scanned my VIN# using electronics device. I show my safety recall notice. I was waiting in wait appointment with my name. When I reached their person scanned my VIN# using electronics device. I show my safety recall notice. I was waiting in waiting area for 4 hours and later on I went to service rep and told my name but there is no name on their list. I gave my car details and found it with the name who purchased prior to me from their dealership. Car was ready 1-1/2 hour before but they are calling wrong name(prior owner).They didn't check any name or anything before taking my car. More
I leased my Toyota Prius a year ago after having switched from Toyota (Cressida / Camry) to Nissan Maxima and then to Honda CRV. I now wanted a car that is more fuel efficient. After one year into my 3-year lease, I must say that I have NEVER been so impressed with the service I have received from DCH Toyota in New Brunswick and with my Prius. I have highly recommended DCH Toyota to my friends. The sales staff was excellent as is the service staff. And I received a $25 gift certificate also that I spent on a snow scraper/brush and some windshield fluids. I cannot thank Toyota and DCH Toyota enough for their appreciation of my business. This is really mutual admiration. When my lease is up in another two years, I will definitely switch to another Toyota. I am sorry to have missed the name of the service rep at the dealership. But if you will check my invoice, you will certainly find his name and recognize him accordingly. He was most professional and cordial. An absolute delight. More
