The adviser is very important in maintaining the customers who are having trusts in DCH dealerships. Jayson has made me more confident in DCH when buying new cars in the future. This place is pretty clean, comfortable wait room, and light snacks and drinks available for patrons. You can usually get an appointment fairly easy. They have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick-ups someplace local nearby, while you shop or service the car. More
Sold a Lemon Buyer Beware!!! They are good only while sales, not in after sales service. They sold me a lemon, and would do nothing about it. I keep on getting the Buyer Beware!!! I keep on getting the warning signs on my Prius Prime - "Charge system malfunction" and "Precollision malfunction". Their response we do not see any issue with the car, and don't know why the message is coming, we can't replicate, so can't fix the error. Basically don't know how to fix car and will not fix the car. If you don't want the error messages like below popping up on your brand new car , better not buy it from here. More

Check Engine Light Today I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry because to the check engine light was on. It was my first time bringing my vehicle to DCH Brunswick Toyota Sci Today I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry because to the check engine light was on. It was my first time bringing my vehicle to DCH Brunswick Toyota Scion and all the staff was very friendly and courteous; even ones who were not helping me directly greeted me with smiles and kind words. My father was there to take me home as a dropped my car off and even he stated as he was in the waiting room the staff was so friendly in greeting him and letting him know that there was free coffee and donuts. :-) In the addition the facility was very well kept and neat. The entrance to the service bay to drop off cars was exceptionally large and could fit about 12 cars roughly. In addition, it was covered so it's all weather which makes it nice during the winter or other inclement weather conditions. Parking lot and waiting room/lounge was large as well. It felt like this was another dealership in and off itself. Juan Martinez was my service agent and when he called me to explain the root cause of the light being on. I was so embarrassed and angry with myself to find out it was such a minor issue. I realize that it was something I could have easily resolved myself. Since the dealership performed a diagnostic analysis I had to pay for the service rendered. However, Juan and the service manager, Mike Olson, understood my frustration with regards to the fix being simple and worked with me on the fee for the analysis done. They were great to work with and I would recommend bringing vehicles to DCH Brunswick Toyota Scion any time. It was a very pleasant first More

Mark and Rich are excellent leaders and their compassionate and friendly personalities definitely trickle down to their teams. They even go out of their way to make sure every customer is well taken care of which in all my experiences with shops is unheard of. If you have a Toyota or Lexus (or any car for that matter) I would DEFINITELY recommend you bring it here for service! More

The courtesy and professionalism of Service Advisor Juan Martinez at my last scheduled service visit on 3/10/17 was the kind of "Excellence in Customer Service" that you don't see enough of nowadays. I'm sure Juan's dedication to his profession is also a reflection of Service Manager Rich Mota and Customer Relations Manager Lynn Melian, who both always made sure I was satisfied with the courtesy and level of service that DCH Brunswick Toyota provided me during all my scheduled and one non-scheduled service visit. For that one non-scheduled service visit, Rich Mota made sure I had a vehicle to use for a week at "no charge". Take it from an old time former paperboy...DCH Brunswick Toyota Service is ACES... Great Service I have been servicing my Camry for the last 5 years at DCH Toyota. Not only are their prices fair, but their staff is great. My service advisor Ed Ram I have been servicing my Camry for the last 5 years at DCH Toyota. Not only are their prices fair, but their staff is great. My service advisor Ed Ramirez is the biggest reason why I continue to be a DCH customer as he is extremely helpful, and has a great personality. He takes his time in explaining the work that needs to be done, and how the prices are broken up between parts and labor. I would highly recommend anyone who needs service on there car to go to DCH and work with Ed. More

When I arrived at the service department at DCH, for the first time, they rolled out the red carpet for me. I was given the King's tour of the dealership. Javad, got me right in and had the technician working on my vehicle immediately. Lynn the Customer Relations Manager introduced me to the Service and Parts Director, Rich, where I was welcomed as a new customer and then escorted to the customer lounge. My service was done in record time, which was most important to me as my schedule is very tight, and I was back on the road in record time. To all the staff at DCH Brunswick Toyota, you have a new loyal customer! Over the years I have had many experiences with Toyota dealers and this was truly the best. More
