After checking on the Toyota website I proceeded to go get my car serviced. When I arrived I was told that walk-in appointment are not welcome today. I mentioned the Website statement and he proceeded to get my car serviced. When I arrived I was told that walk-in appointment are not welcome today. I mentioned the Website statement and he proceeded to check with is Manager Mike Olson. I was again told that the website was not correct and that he was fine with me leaving a review. Is this what you call Customer Service. I forgot to mention that I purchased my cars from here and get all my servicing done here (I need to rethink this). More
My experience with Toytota was extraordinary. Allan Moncada was the best salesman I’ve met. He had a great personality and connected with customers and made sure they were satisfied. Prior to my deployment to Afghanistan I went to DCH service to have my transmission flushed. I drove the truck for a little more than a week before driving it down south for my Mom to take care of it w service to have my transmission flushed. I drove the truck for a little more than a week before driving it down south for my Mom to take care of it while away. She dropped her recycling off with it every two weeks to keep it alive. I recently returned from Afghanistan and while visiting with my family I took it out for a drive. When I’d accelerate from a stop the transmission felt like it’s was in neutral and then would slam into gear. It did this in reverse as well. I looked under the truck and saw the trans drain pan was leaking. I called DCH and was greeted by Amy with an apology. I was told they were so sorry and they’d fix this for me. Problem was, the car was stored 6 states away. I was given a local dealer to take it to and told to have them call. Amy gave me her direct line to accomplish this call and said everything would be taken care of. A total of approximately 1,500 miles was put on the truck since the original flush at DCH. The service tech at the other dealer wrote right in the notes that the DRAIN PLUG WAS NOT TIGHT. The tech himself told me it was only finger tight. They had to add 4 quarts of fluid; the pan only holds 3, the total transmission holds around 11. I called after getting back to my parents place and got a lukewarm response from Amy this time and forwarded the service write up to DCH. Then she got back to me and said she never offered to take care of any charges, that it was almost a year ago. 1500 miles! She brought the issue up to management and claimed they wouldn’t take responsibility. I went to the dealer personally after getting settled in from my return home. I spoke with manager Mike Olson and the outlook was bleak. He said he had to do an “investigation” with the other dealer. Then left a message that he couldn’t get in touch with them. I called the dealer and the service writer immediately recalled who I was and the problem. It’s obvious DCH made a simple mistake; everyone makes them. If I hadn’t caught it in time the transmission would have been destroyed before I even made it back home. DCH lacks the integrity to stand by their work. They have a 1 year warranty on service that they don’t honor. The repair cost me $190 on top of the original service of $250. It’s simple to see how this happened. Had Amy stayed her original course and management backed her up they would have had a loyal customer. Just the welcome home I needed after a year of running MEDEVACs in Afghanistan. This is how the dealership lost me as a customer and Toyota/Lexus won’t be getting my business again. More
terrible quality of work i am really angry with the quality of the work here to repair my car. i just picked up my car yesterday, and at the same day afternoon the check engin i am really angry with the quality of the work here to repair my car. i just picked up my car yesterday, and at the same day afternoon the check engine light turn on again. i paid for approx $600 to change the sensor of my engine because they said it is the problem with the sensor but not the engine. so, the new sensor broken again the same day afternoon?! or maybe the problem is not the sensor. the result is the people who i paid for $400 cannot solve my problem. i even wondering whether they treat my car in the correct way. do i need to go to other stores to check whether they closed my engine correctly?! this is not the first time i want to complain about the quality of the work here. the same month i just finished my regular maintenance, which took me 5 hours waiting here. they used told me it would be 1 hour to change the brake, but actually it took 3 hours! if i knew it would be such i long time i would not did it that day. More

The adviser is very important in maintaining the customers who are having trusts in DCH dealerships. Jayson has made me more confident in DCH when buying new cars in the future. This place is pretty clean, comfortable wait room, and light snacks and drinks available for patrons. You can usually get an appointment fairly easy. They have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick-ups someplace local nearby, while you shop or service the car. More

I keep on getting the warning signs on my Prius Prime - "Charge system malfunction" and "Precollision malfunction". Their response we do not see any issue with the car, and don't know why the message is coming, we can't replicate, so can't fix the error. Basically don't know how to fix car and will not fix the car. If you don't want the error messages like below popping up on your brand new car , better not buy it from here. More
