It's not that company is bad, but the employees that work there. This is exactly how I would describe dissatisfaction with the way DCH Brunswick Toyota service personnel conducted themselves. On 4/18/23 we there. This is exactly how I would describe dissatisfaction with the way DCH Brunswick Toyota service personnel conducted themselves. On 4/18/23 we brought CT200H for service. We asked for brake and coolant replacement and wheel rotation. Service advisor Kevin S. sent SMS report stating that left-side headlight was bad and there was an active oil leak in engine timing cover. Cost for repairing both amounted to $3K. We didn't approve repair because we wanted to get a second opinion. Also, we received a video from service tech, Marvin A. where he stated that he cleaned bottom of the car after an oil change and that all tires were 5/32. In fact we didn't request an oil change. This made us doubt that break and coolant liquids were changed. We took our car to an independent mechanic for inspection. Here are their findings: - 3 out of 4 tires are between 6-7/32", one has 5-6/32" thread depth - engine timing cover doesn't have any leaks, - all lightbulbs are good - engine right side splash guard is missing On 4/22 we sent an email to Kevin S. to get an explanation why unneeded repairs were needed and asked to return a splash guard. There was no response. If there ever is going to be any response, we expect our lost splashguard returned or provided a new one or check issued to buy a new one. In the conclusion, we think that both individuals named above are dishonest and unprofessional by attempting to take an advantage of their customer by suggesting unneeded repairs. By not returning a splashguard to an owner is a property theft. For now this dealership lost its two current customers. We will not service our cars there. Others who will read this review should think twice before taking their cars for a service to DCH Brunswick Toyota.. No wonder this dealership is on 11th place among all NJ Toyota dealerships. More
Pathetic customer service. I went for an oil and filter change on 07/26/22 with my own oil. They took 3 hrs. to do the oil & filter change. My service advisor Geoffrey Suasnavas was pathetic. He doesn't know how to speak politely with their customer. He never once provided me an on my car in 2 1/2 hrs. I had to look for him and then he asks me my last name then takes me to another service advisor, who then goes back and check on the status of my car. He comes back and says it will be done in 10 minutes. But after half hour I had to go again and check with the other service advisor and he checks again and says the mechanic is pulling out your car. Which took another 10 minutes. The annoying part was that customers who came after me got their car before me. Never going back to them. If there was option than I would have given them negative star. Don't waste your valuable time. They don't give a xxxx how long you have to wait. Chetan Tailor More
Threatened me to tow my car! seriously! These people are insane. I had an appointment for a routine service- I called ahead before reaching, they said you can come, turns out they were overbooked, fine. Ask insane. Asked me to put my car in a queue and talk to scheduling person. While I was talking the service person comes back asking to move the car. At this point the scheduling person denied taking car in for service and rescheduling because THEY are overbooked. So I said Service person to give me minute and another service person from the back is threatening me that you move the car or thwy will tow it. For what?? that’s where I was told to put my car from service itself. Is this the way you treat your customers? More

Service was done in a very reasonable amount of time with prompt notification that it was done. Very satisfied with service done on that day and it was discovered that the battery needed to be replace. Bet prompt notification that it was done.
