They should have a Supervisor or a Master Tech to check the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. I Received my vehicle and noticed the Safty Cover underneath t the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. There were screws missing… and the screws tht were there were half way screwed in. This is Unacceptable. More

DCH Brunswick has the worst service department of any dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. I had an 8am appointment to which I waited until 830 to be seen. After speaking to someone about what was going to get done, I was told it would take about an hour and a half.
