My appointment was for 10:15 am and I got to the dealer at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service. My wife was waiting in her car with our 7 month old so at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service. My wife was waiting in her car with our 7 month old son. In the past it’s only taken 10 minutes for the same process. This was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. More

It's poor customer service to have customers wait in their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor. And once the car is in, the wait time is always several hours, despite wh their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor.
