Easy to locate and easy to get through the drive-in line. Wait time was a bit lengthy, but understandable as there was a lot of cars that needed servicing. The recommendations on my car were thorough, and I didn't feel pressured to have to say yes to all recommendations. I liked the staff that I communicated with, and would go there again. More
Dealership has made it easy to get car worked on and tries to be transparent. But the friendliness of the intake people is lacking. Prices are exorbitant and that's not changed from previous years. Firstly, I came in due to a factory required maintenance and a puncture on the outer edge of one of my tires. Upon inspection, the service advisor recommended replacing the tire, even though the exact model and a puncture on the outer edge of one of my tires. Upon inspection, the service advisor recommended replacing the tire, even though the exact model was not in stock. Instead, a Goodyear Eagle tire was suggested as a replacement for $183.24 plus taxes. Considering the puncture's nature and location, I was expecting options for repairing the tire before considering a replacement, especially with a different model. However, after deciding not to proceed with the recommendation, I later found that the puncture had somehow disappeared, and, surprisingly, I received no communication about this resolution from the dealership. This lack of communication has left me puzzled and questioning the initial advice given. Additionally, during the same visit, I was advised to get a full alignment for my car, which cost nearly $180. Given that my vehicle is a 2022 model, this recommendation was unexpected. I understand the importance of vehicle maintenance, but I would appreciate more clarity on why a full alignment was deemed necessary for a relatively new car. It would be beneficial to have such recommendations accompanied by a more detailed explanation, especially when it involves significant expense. More

Amazing! Kervis listened to my needs and was very accommodating to them. He also did great in recommending things that could be needed in the future. Kervis listened to my needs and was very accommodating to them. He also did great in recommending things that could be needed in the future. More
