They were not able to successfully diagnose the issue i am having with the car. The issue reappeared in couple of days time for me and i have not received call back when I request a call for further discus am having with the car. 1. I took 20 min in line just to dop off my car. 2. after my car was finished it took another 30 min took get the paper work fixed so I could leave. 3. I was told the serpentine belt I replaced two we after my car was finished it took another 30 min took get the paper work fixed so I could leave. 3. I was told the serpentine belt I replaced two weeks ago was extremely glazed and need to be replaced,which obviously was a lie. 4. When I spoke to the manager he looked at with me and continued the lie that he would also recommend it be replaced. The only thing worse then a lie is continuing to lie. More
