UNPROFESSIONAL i made an appointment to see this 2011 highlander and i was told by Christina that yes it is available. i took off from work and drove all the way fr i made an appointment to see this 2011 highlander and i was told by Christina that yes it is available. i took off from work and drove all the way from jersey city to new Brunswick. once inside, no one greeted us, i had to call christina and let her know that we are here. long story short after 15 minutes i was told that someone has put a deposit on that car so they cant sell it to me...........you can imaging my frustration...ITS A VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE......make sure the car is available before you go to any dealership........
