Irritating people and slow service. Really sad to see such a great car manufacturer ruined by a garbage dealership. I walked in fully aware of how bad dealerships are, and was still disappointed. I did my car and price research before going in and still spent 4 hours of nonsense, unnecessary back and forth to eventually get what I asked for. This was only after the sales manager got involved. Complete waste of time. Honestly, for any dealership, do your homework before going in. I asked for a Toyota Corolla lease and their initial offer was $325/month with $3000 down which is insane. Then I told them I wanted it for $130 for $1500 down, which is a fair price and after 4 hours, they gave me that price anyway. Wasted their own time and my time. Unfriendly staff, who think they're better than you. I didn't appreciate Toyota, I wouldn't bother coming here. More
