Buyer Beware!!! Charlatans work at DCH Brunswick Toyota. When I bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealer, a 2020 Rav4 TRD they made a $1200 mistake on my negotiated price with trade in (my 2015 Rav4LE with on When I bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealer, a 2020 Rav4 TRD they made a $1200 mistake on my negotiated price with trade in (my 2015 Rav4LE with only 9k miles on it. The double-talk BS the General Manager gave me turned into $400 refund but I let them get away with that one. Now, after my 2nd BAD SERVICE experience with this dealer I will be taking my business to another highly-rated Toyota dealer for service. This dealer has service advisors that act like they were just fired from working at McDonalds. DCH Brunswick Toyota's service has deteriorated so low to the point of not caring or listening to their service customers. I seriously doubt I will buy a Toyota again due to the bad taste left in my mouth from my last service visit on 2/10/21. More

I made contact with Robert Belpedio and he told me that he has a new TRD pro Tundra that will be built in February for a March delivery. He told me to come in and let him know what color and options I’d li he has a new TRD pro Tundra that will be built in February for a March delivery. He told me to come in and let him know what color and options I’d like on the truck and that the order can be submitted with my specifications as long as I come to the dealership before the build date. I scheduled an appointment with him for today and he told me to ask for him. I get there ask for him but he never shows and I’m passed on to a salesperson who eventually told me the truck on order is in black and it can’t be changed. I told him Bob said I could pick any color and options as long as the build hadn’t begun. There were other purchase options but the point is I drove 40 miles to get this order in only to be told it can’t be changed. Buyer beware. More
