THEY USE 2nd MARKET PARTS. Came in to buy a preowned Lexus 350RX. Tire light was on, they said they would repair it so I purchased the car and said I would pick up after repairs. They told me they replaced all the sensors. Next day light was back on. I called the dealership asking them to look into it. They said no. Took it to another dealer and they advised me the light was on because the dealership put in 2nd market sensors. VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY! More
Horrible experience. They are liars and thieves. Told us there was a “30-day warranty” for engine and transmission but all lies. Would never recommend. They took a look at the car once, “fixed” it, only for there was a “30-day warranty” for engine and transmission but all lies. Would never recommend. When asked about the 30-day warranty, service manager said he “wasn’t there” when I was told about the warranty but that no such thing exists and our dealer acts like he never said it. Horrible. More

Back in 2012, I bought a certified, pre-owned 2010 Highlander from DCH Brunswick. The SUV served me well (got it up to 148,000 miles and it never saw a mechanic's shop). I decided that it was time to replace it, this time with a new 2021 Highlander Platinum. I contacted multiple Toyota dealers around central and northern NJ. Only two dealers were willing to discuss price via email, all of the others insisted that I visit their dealership and sit with a salesman. Since I previously had a positive experience at DCH Brunswick and their current General Manager Lisa was very quick to respond via email and offered a very competitive price on the Highlander that I wanted, they earned my business. Lisa set me up the following day with her assistant, Julyssa. Prior to receiving a single penny from me or a signature on any documents, they had the vehicle that I wanted prepped and ready for me to view in their garage and test drive. The SUV was MINT. They did a great job detailing it and prepping it to show. After spending time in the vehicle and Julyssa explaining some of the multimedia tech features that I was unfamiliar with, we proceeded inside to work out the details of my trade-in (we quickly reached a number that was satisfactory to both parties) and I began signing papers for the new SUV. Since Lisa and I previously worked out the purchase price via email, the entire process was very smooth and cordial. Julyssa and I reviewed the sales agreement in detail until I was satisfied with the way the numbers were lined up. Once that process was completed, I met with Ryan K. from the finance department who assisted me with the financing agreement- again a very smooth and quick process (on the way to his office, I spotted a new Supra in another part of the building. We took a quick detour and he spent time allowing me to drool over the three Supras that they had lined up. I tried to negotiate a Buy One Get One Free deal, but he wouldn't budge). My entire visit lasted under 1.5 hours. Having Lisa set everything up for my arrival, having the price negotiated ahead of time, and having a dealership that is on top of their game- made the entire buying experience a breeze. I highly recommend giving DCH Brunswick Toyota the opportunity to earn your business. They have now treated my very well two times and I am talking them up to my friends and family. More

Just picked up my 2021 Venza Ltd today. The entire process was seamless. It started with Dave Veary ( internet sales ). I used True Car for the pricing. Dave gave me an out the door price, which was $ 1700 less than a dealer closer to me. My salesman was Azaan Khan. I told him that my wife would drop me at the dealership. He quickly said that he could pick me up which was about 35 minutes away from the dealership. He showed me my new car and started the paperwork. He is very efficient and explained everything. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire delivery. The best part was that there was no back and forth on cost, because I knew the out the door price from the beginning. 5 stars for my new car prep. Please shop this dealership if you want the best price. More
