I am completely dissatisfied with my car buying experience on 6/11/2021 @ DCH Brunswick Toyota when I purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla The day I purchased the Corolla, I was told that the vehicle experience on 6/11/2021 @ DCH Brunswick Toyota when I purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla The day I purchased the Corolla, I was told that the vehicle was not a CPO vehicle and that I would need to pay extra to make it a CPO, despite the fact that DCH's website clearly advertised the car as CPO. Julyssa and her manager finally came around and told me the car was CPO. This was very misleading and, in my opinion, downright dishonest. The Corolla had dents on the driver side door. I told DCH I would buy the Corolla provided they agreed to fix the dents at no additional costs. They agreed and I got the agreement in writing (a We Owe statement). I brought the Corolla in on 8/2 to get the dents fixed. When I was shown the finished work, it became obvious that my definition of fixed and DCH's definition of fixed were polar opposites. All they did was try to smooth out the dent. There was no sanding, no painting involved. I expected to see a door that showed no sign of a dent ever being there and I was very disappointed in the finished work. I spoke with Lisa the GM and she told me DCH performed the work that was promised. If you feel like getting taken advantage of, then DCH is the dealer for you. Otherwise I suggest taking your Toyota business elsewhere. More

I had previously purchased from DCH a while back and received exceptional service and wanted to come back to purchase another vehicle. However, I was quickly met with disappointing service. I saw other received exceptional service and wanted to come back to purchase another vehicle. However, I was quickly met with disappointing service. I saw other customers getting helped immediately. The sales personnel rushed to get their business but I had to wait at the concierge desk before being helped even though I had confirmed an appointment over the phone a few days prior. It was unbelievable! All the sales reps were huddled behind the desk avoiding my business like a plague. Very unacceptable. Nikhil Joshi was able to redeem this lousy service I received by doing all he can to right the wrongs of DCH sales but I had to decline any more of his service as I was very disappointed with my treatment. THEY USE 2nd MARKET PARTS. Came in to buy a preowned Lexus 350RX. Tire light was on, they said they would repair it so I purchased the car and said I would pick up after repairs. They told me they replaced all the sensors. Next day light was back on. I called the dealership asking them to look into it. They said no. Took it to another dealer and they advised me the light was on because the dealership put in 2nd market sensors. VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY! More

Horrible experience. They are liars and thieves. Told us there was a “30-day warranty” for engine and transmission but all lies. Would never recommend.
