Pathetic customer service. I went for an oil and filter change on 07/26/22 with my own oil. They took 3 hrs. to do the oil & filter change. My service advisor Geoffrey Suasnavas was pathetic. He doesn't know how to speak politely with their customer. He never once provided me an on my car in 2 1/2 hrs. I had to look for him and then he asks me my last name then takes me to another service advisor, who then goes back and check on the status of my car. He comes back and says it will be done in 10 minutes. But after half hour I had to go again and check with the other service advisor and he checks again and says the mechanic is pulling out your car. Which took another 10 minutes. The annoying part was that customers who came after me got their car before me. Never going back to them. If there was option than I would have given them negative star. Don't waste your valuable time. They don't give a xxxx how long you have to wait. Chetan Tailor More

A bait and switch was pulled on me. I was originally offered $33k for my trade on vehicle whereas the final price was only $28k. DCH Brunswick Toyota failed to provide me a copy of the I was originally offered $33k for my trade on vehicle whereas the final price was only $28k. DCH Brunswick Toyota failed to provide me a copy of the sale contract until a week after, not allowing me proper time to review the agreement. The license plate of my trade in vehicle was shown on the dealership website with the sale listing for the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was marked up $5k over MSRP. More
