DCH Brunswick has the worst service department of any dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. I will be taking my vehicle to another toyota dealership for its service from now on. More

They should have a Supervisor or a Master Tech to check the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. It's poor customer service to have customers wait in their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor.
