Everyone at the service center is polite, friendly, and the services on my Highlander are explained in language I understand. Nothing unexpected is done on the car before consulting me first. Kervis has been my service rep for most of my visits and I feel like he is a friend, very helpful. My only complaint is the phone answering system. It is not user friendly, hangs up if the reason for your call is not in the system and last time took more than one call. DCH Brunswick Toyota keeps me coming back. More
