Good experience overall. I waited 4 hours for a tire rotation . And wheel alignment. Was told would be 1hour and a half . Wasted my whole day . Ridiculous. I should have gotten free oil change at least . The service department moved. No sign found at the old location. No message on webpage where to make appointment. No message when I call your numbers. I went to the old location twice and called many times and I eventually talked to a person and got the news. I tried so hard because I have an oil change plan with you. Otherwise I would have given up at my first try. If I were you, I would prepare very detailed signs with illustration of the building that shows the new entry.
