I came for an oil change (prepaid) and tire rotation. The oil change was denied even though it was prepaid because it was not six months to the day since the last one (preposterous , I paid for it). After 1.5 hours I received the car with a wobbliness. . When taking it back after another hour it was determined that the tires actually needed to be replaced. So I wasted 3.25 hours including the driving as well as money on the tire rotation. AND I have to come back for my prepaid oil change in 10 days. I should never have come and just should have changed the tires myself. A complete waste of time and money. Shame on you for not doing the oil change, do you know nothing about customer service? More
