Everything was great except for how long appointment took. I had a 12 pm appointment for oil change, tire rotation, & alignment. It was not finished until 3:15pn. I waited there for over 3 hours. Their price for the maintenance should include tire rotation, but this tech didn’t do it. I don’t know how he checked my car for the maintenance. My 2023 Highlander has 9k miles and has brake pulsation, they expect me to spend 300 dollars on work that’s supposed to be warranty, all they say is “I wish I can do anything for you”.
