It took a long time to get the car, but Julio did a good job with keeping in contact with me and giving me a status update. The car turned out great and I love it. I was pleasantly surprized by the courtesy and knowledge of the sales people I dealt with in the purchase of my 2008 Yaris. My questions were answered quickly, and I learned a lot about the choices availabl of the sales people I dealt with in the purchase of my 2008 Yaris. I was unsure about the Prius, and with some figures and comparisons of my driving needs, their recommendation was to stick with my original choice of the more affordable Yaris with the options I needed to make the transition to a small car. The trade-in price for my old vehicle was high enough to make the cost of the new car affordable as well. I would highly recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota to my family, friends and colleagues. More

I used Brunswick Toyota service dept on and off for several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. However, the new Service building and its "completely" new staff are just amazing. several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. I often go in with my Grandfather to assist him with the servicing of his vehicle,as his English is not the the best. He loves it know that he can speak Spanish with Jenny directly. I stopped by because I saw the new service building. It is even more impressive from the inside. I was greeted right away after driving into the reception area, and the person who helped me was so profess is even more impressive from the inside. The customer waiting area was great, there were computers so I could work while my car was being done. They were so quick that I did not even finish reading my emails. The oil change was cheaper than the other Toyota dealer in the area, and they even washed my car. Overall a great place, with great people. I will definitely be back. More

After buying Toyota Avalon, at the very end.... many hours later.. they added a $199. documentation fee to the price...claiming they miscalculated. By that time, you are strained and drained and just want to go home and never recommend them to anyone. Disgusting. They lie and have no morals, aside from the price games/financing games/and then trying to sell you warranties that are not necessary. Never go there. Try to find a friend who knows someone. I was there for 3 hours and the excitement and anticipation of getting a car was crushed by them. What goes around comes around. They should be ashamed of themselves. More

Took a car for a test drive and didn't like the way the brakes felt. The salesman was in the front seat, and my mother and daughter were in the back seat. He was adamant that the brkaes worked and kept tla brakes felt. The salesman was in the front seat, and my mother and daughter were in the back seat. He was adamant that the brkaes worked and kept tlakign through me. When we retunred to the dealership, he said he would test the brakes, and we got out and switched places. (I was thinking he would drive the car back to it's original spot on the lot.) He proceeded to slam on the gas and go from zero to forty and slam on the brakes WITH US IN THE CAR!!!! My daughter cried and we were all quite upset. I reported the issues to the manager, and he said he would make up for it in price. I decided to go back a few days later after shopping some other dealerships, and I got a good price on the vehicle I wanted. The paperwork was not handled professionally (the new salesman failed to give me the temporary insurance card that Geico had faxed over) and I was lied to about the installation of the keyless entry system (can be done on a Saturday, only takes one or two hours- NOT TRUE- service department called and told me that I would need to leave the car an entire day during the week!) This dealership caused me much unnecessary aggravation! More
