After purchasing 2 cars from this dealer in the past I figured I'll see what they wwould offer me before I went to Nissan. Well Phil completely made the experience horendous by not filling out the sales form accurately for starters. We had agreed upon trading in my lease for a 2008 rav 4 demo with 4wd. Once we were about to leave the dealer I realized they had logged the incorrect mileage on the car. We had to return and it took another 1/2 hour to print out all the paperwork again. Once we got home we realized the car wasn't 4wd. Two hours later we were back at the dealer right before closing returning the car and picking up my lease. They could have cared less and were not in the least bit sorry even though Phil had admitted to the mistake. They promised to call us the next day and "work something out". We had also realized they had never returned our registration. No one called and when we made the attempt to call Anthony Izzo asked my husband "what do you want?" My husband reminded him that he was supposed to call us back and he stated "that was a deal of a lifetime you should have taken it." And that was that. Whats upsets me the most is now I have to run my credit again elsewhere. Disgusting staff. I have already notified Toyota regarding the experience. Never again will I buy Toyota b/c of DCH Toyota. More

The iveall experience was fine. However, i did not like t he saleperson switch towards the end of my sale. I thought of it as rude and pushed to the side. They are not prompt on all off the services. If we call for any issues, every time they say we will give you a call soon but they never respond and screwed my credit history. Before I start, I think this part of the review is restrictive and time-consuming. I feel like I am in school. I could buy a car anywhere; but this was a good experience. My granddaughter was a customer here and I was not sorry that I made the decision to come here, as well. PS: I love the car. This is not the first time that I have bought a new car, but it was the most pleasant. The employees were very helpful & respected our needs. They did not have the exact car that we wanted, but went out of but it was the most pleasant. The employees were very helpful & respected our needs. In the end, we compromised (slightly) from our original goal but are very satisfied with the car that we agreed on. My overall experience with DCH was extremely pleasant. I found the Sales Person (Basith) and his managers true sales people and really wanting to help customers. I have bought a 2006 Honda Civic EX Used car and my only complaint is not having second key. I was given only ONE key and was not told that the car will be sold with only one key.
