I have bought many cars throughout my lifetime, this was BY FAR the worst experience I had shopping for a car. I was dealing with Chris a sales rep, and when we were talking numbers he got his sales manage BY FAR the worst experience I had shopping for a car. I was dealing with Chris a sales rep, and when we were talking numbers he got his sales manager Alex, who when he came didn't introduce himself, or shake our hands, and had an attitude from HELL. Alex was dealing with us as if we were an inconvenience being there. I will never go back to that dealership to shop or ever recommend it to anyone, as a matter of fact I will be advising people I know the opposite, to NEVER STEP FOOT INTO BRUNSWICK TOYOTA! If they were the last dealership on earth I would buy a horse!!! More
From the moment we drove up to when we drove off in our car there was no question that we had received the most professional and caring service. After carefully examining the car, the technician found we needed a new water pump. Many dealerships would have ignored my comments and just changed the oil and sent me on my way But not DCH Brunswick!!! They Care Enough to Listen to The Customer.... I wouldn't go anywhere else! SERVICE GONE SHOCKINGLY RIGHT!!! After bringing my car to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a brand new facility so i decided to bring my car in for service. I was greeted by a sweet lady asking if she was expecting me, ( I think her name was nancy), and immediately after, a gentleman approached my vehicle, smiled and waved at my 3 year old in the back seat and asked what he could do for me. Get this- instead of hustling me to his desk, he made sure my daughter was holding my hand as he walked me around my car pointing out scratches and so on on my vehicle, he opened the hood and showed me where certain things were (things my husband still wont do)! As he spoke to me at his desk, he was certain not to "speed talk" so i could follow and understand what my options were for the different service options for my car. I felt like i was talking to a family member and not someone i had to defend myself against. as we spoke, my lil one got ancy, and what do you suppose this guy did? He produced a huge bag of lolly pops that she could from! i left this dealer in disbelief as i have never had a visit like this to get my car serviced. when i got home and told my husband, he got off the couch (which is a rarity) and called yanni and thanked him. I finally have somewhere i trust to have my car fixed!! Thank You Yanni!! More
I like going here to this dealership for car service because since the facility is new, while waiting they got a large waiting area for people to sit and be comfortable. They got 3 tv monitors, 2 for t because since the facility is new, while waiting they got a large waiting area for people to sit and be comfortable. They got 3 tv monitors, 2 for tv viewing, the 3rd monitor is to check the status of your car. Coffee and bagels are there for customer as well as the small computer room for customers to use while waiting and not to mention they have a small room for kids to play and watch tv. I was greeted first and Juan helped out with what I needed to get done for my car. Juan did explain what needed to be done for my car and I am returning to the Toyota dealership to get the job done. The only thing I have to say but not in a bad note is that any dealership the prices on the service that needed to be done was a bit pricey when it could have been done at a cheaper rate... I don't mind bringing the car for service since I don't have a problem with the car after it has been serviced. Thank you.. More
First let me warn you: It seems the sales people now frequently visit this forum, I can see a lot of apparently fake post here that probably is from the dch people own BS. Be careful. My wife and I both had very bad experience at this dealership. the problem is those people seems employ cheating as a way to do business. I know, dealers are more or less this way, but I've seen another dealership doing this as flagrant as this one does. for example, for this guys, Narayan , you probably will not get one truth from him. Steve has a friendly smile in his face. He is patient and courtesy on answering my questions. He knew the car well and able to explain the advantage of the cars. I was very pleased with the service provided by Angel and the rest of the staff- the manager and financing, except with the prep job done. I had to return to have a new car sticker on the upper left front w the rest of the staff- the manager and financing, except with the prep job done. Horrible dealership. Many salesman, no customers. They have no good relationships with banks. They can't work numbers at all. Everyone has a different story and they never call back. I've owned over 8 cars and this was the worst experience I've ever had - worse than giving birth. Stay away from Lou (the 3-day old manager)and Abraham who probably thinks he is working at a Starbucks instead of a dealership. George tried his best, but with all the other millions of zombies around him he didn't stand a chance. As far as the store manager, Sean Timmons - he doesn't return phone calls and does nothing - how the hell did he get to be a manager. They are a joke and completely incapable of making a sale. This is why people should really get an education or you'll be stuck in a world of working idiots. If it wasn't for Toyota being a decent product, these guys would be drug dealers on the streets of Plainfield, NJ. If you want a great salesman see Barry at Saturn (nothing to do with the DCH Group - even if you know Shau-wai Lam (CEO)). Barry is located on Route 22, in Greenbrook, NJ - I was there for the most two hours, treated wonderfully, I'm in a brand new SUV, instead of some used piece of junk, no money down, rebate offers, and has every bell and whislte on this SUV. Barry in fact called me this morning, stating he found another rebate, which will lower my payment even more. I warn everyone stay away from DCH Toyota in North Brunswick - expecially in today's economy - you don't need a bunch of inexperienced, non-caring, typical salesmen frustrating you. More
