Couldn't be happier with the service. I am the owner of a non toyota product (VW) purchased through another dealership. I was quoted a very high price for a simple brake job at the VW dealership. He confirmed that the price was way above norm and even offered to had the service done at his facility. I wound up saving a few hundred dollars in the end. What a professional, to take care of an old customer and do it right. My car is due for replacing in a few months and I will be sure to buy a toyota and continue a long and valuable relationhip with Mr. DeAngelis. More

Just wanted to write about my experience.... I own several cars including 2 Toyotas that I purchased in NY. When I moved to Jersey your dealership was recommended highly to me by my inlaws. I met Mike DeAngelis in my first day and felt like I knew him forever. He is the main reason why I use your dealership. He treated me like a longtime friend when I actually knew him for 5 minutes. My next car purchase (for my wife) will be from you guys because of Mike. I actually look forward to something going wrong or a maintence schedule just to stop by and say hello to him. I drove into the lot at DCH Brunswick and Juan Gallego was instantly at my car asking what he can do for me. he was extremely professional and courteous. They provided bagels, coffee, gourmet teas and hot chocolate for free. The also have a variety of vending machines and ice cream available. They also provide a variety of reading materials including the local newspapers and USA Today. There is also a television provided for entertainment while you wait and a well equipped children's play area with a separate television and video game system. Michael DeAngelis, the Service Manager, made sure that everything was ok, and was also very professional. He really is a great Manager and runs a great shop! I would recommend DCH Brunswick in North Brunswick, New jersey as a service center. More

My 1st meeting was quite good. But the follow-up on the same day was not so good. Again the next day, I felt that the communication was somewhat like take it or leave it devoid of the previous day logical same day was not so good. I would have preferred that the sales person had returned my calls the previous day giving me a response for my earlier request. In short I was looking for a honest direct deal, which I belived took place in my 1st visit. But I did not see that in my 2nd visit. More

Due to dealing with the various dealers and sales, I know DCH was the only place where I saw sales people were trained and know what they are doing and saying. Customer service was excellent because my sales person Abdul Basith was very courteous and serious about making the deal. I am a difficult customer but he remained patient throughout and was persuasive in good way and did the follow up properly. He committed to find a car for me and he did find one within given time.
