This dealership is not honest with its customers. It arranges service appointments but does not honor them, you are simply put in line. In addition, a simple oil change take over an hour and then they arranges service appointments but does not honor them, you are simply put in line. In addition, a simple oil change take over an hour and then they try to upsell you service they say Toyota recommends but is not in the owners manual. Dealerships should recognize there is a choice and I will choose to spend my money elsewhere in the future. More

I bought a used Toyota Rav4. Abeth, the sales person, was very patient with me. He dedicated a lot of time to me showing me different cars and taking me for a couple of test drives. Abeth put up with my indecisiveness and continued to adapt to whatever it was I needed at the moment. Jay assisted me with the financing part and was also a pleasure. I will definitely not only buy Toyota again but go to this dealer in particular because their sales experience and customer service is top notch. I had a bad experience with this dealership a few years ago so when I went back I was not expecting much but they have completely changed.
