I have been doing business with DCH since 1994 and Mike since about 2000. I usually do all my research before I go shopping and know what I want to get. I let him know what I am looking for and he does not try to sell me something else. I wore out my 2005 Highlander (I put on a lot of business miles). I bought a new 2010 Highlander and once again happy with my purchase. It is a good experience when you need a car and would recomend Mike and this dealership. More

The overall time spent at the dealer processing the sale was a bit long, so I recommend either shortening the process or handling multiple steps at the same time so that the customer can get out the door quicker. I entered the dealership with just the thought of looking around. I wasn't out there for five minutes before the sales rep (Abeth) came and asked me what I was looking for. I had no intention of getting anything but with what I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, it went from me not thinking about getting a car to trying to figure out which one of three cars I wanted to take home. Abeth was very patient and understanding and took care of everything in a timely manner.
