Ray was very friendly and informative. He answer all our questions with patience and always a good attitude. We went to other dealers that had explained to us, that because of the situation in Japan it was questions with patience and always a good attitude. We went to other dealers that had explained to us, that because of the situation in Japan it was going to be difficult to get the color we wanted. Some of them didn't even want to take the time to find out it the color was available. Ray was the opposite. He explain what the situation was but took the time to find what we wanted. He worked for us and never seem to be annoyed by it. Always with a smile and very polite. He also had to deal with his manager Alan. Who was also very pleasant. The day we picked up the car (while my husband did the paper work ) I had Said (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) explained everything I need it know know about the car and more.
